Revealing mistake: When Sheldon gets the sword for Penny in the game, Penny walks out and you can see the laptop isn't switched on. (00:07:55)
The Herb Garden Germination - S4-E20
Revealing mistake: When Sheldon is web chatting with Amy, we can hear Amy talking, but the bar at the top of Sheldon's computer screen indicates that the sound is off.
The Thespian Catalyst - S4-E14
Revealing mistake: When Sheldon goes to Penny's apartment and they do a scene study together, they both read lines from a multi-page script that Sheldon brings with him. On a couple of occasions the camera cuts to a side view of Sheldon and we get to see the page of the script that he's currently reading from. The pages are completely blank.
The Spoiler Alert Segmentation - S6-E15
Revealing mistake: Throughout the series much is made of the fact that Howard's mother is grossly obese, and in The Engagement Reaction (S4 E23) it is even mentioned that her arms are hugely oversized. However, at the end of this episode we see her arms when she grabs Raj to stop him climbing out of the window, and they are the arms of an average-weight woman - they aren't overweight at all.
Revealing mistake: In the scene where Leonard is supposedly playing Halo 3 against somebody in Copenhagen, there is no ethernet cable or wireless adapter connected to the Xbox 360 (one of the originals without wireless inbuilt), which means that there is no way he can be playing online with someone in another country. (00:09:00)
Revealing mistake: Most of the time, though not all the time, Leonard has no lenses in his glasses.
The Cooper-Hofstadter Polarization - S1-E9

The Fuzzy Boots Corollary - S1-E3
Revealing mistake: When everybody is on their laptops at the beginning of the episode, you can clearly see in many shots that their screens are black. (00:01:20)
The Herb Garden Germination - S4-E20
Revealing mistake: Sheldon's laptop has gone through several strange transformations throughout the series, but in this episode it takes the biscuit - it appears to be a Dell XPS with the back covered up, but the shot of Sheldon chatting only to Amy shows a Mac keyboard, with the laptop running OS X.
The Einstein Approximation - S3-E14
Revealing mistake: In the scene where Sheldon visits Leonard and Penny in bed, towards the end of the scene, Leonard turns off the light. As he does, if you look carefully, you can see that the light turns off before he hits the switch.
Revealing mistake: If you look at the marble patterns on the walls, they are all exactly the same from floor to floor. Also the bricks oddities on the stairway match from floor to floor. They change lights, elevator tape etc. but it's the same floor used over and over as different floors.
The Gorilla Dissolution - S7-E23
Revealing mistake: After Howard lets go of the unpacked treadmill, it begins to fall down the stairs. As it goes out of frame, the treadmill begins to level itself out, but the sound of it is still heard falling and Howard, Bernadette and Raj continue running past, way further than where it levelled itself out anyway. (00:00:35)
The Killer Robot Instability - S2-E12
Revealing mistake: Near the end of the show, the big robot is chasing the other robot down the hallway. The camera starts to zoom in as the robots come by it. The big robot stops just before the camera zoom is past it, yet they keep running down the hallway like the robot is still going.
The Killer Robot Instability - S2-E12
Revealing mistake: When M.O.N.T.E. crashes through the door at the end, the door hits the wall on the other side of the corridor. The wall shakes, revealing it's a set.
The Killer Robot Instability - S2-E12
Revealing mistake: When M.O.N.T.E. crashes through the door, if you watch carefully, the door is already off its hinges and falling before M.O.N.T.E. hits it.
The Hamburger Postulate - S1-E5
Revealing mistake: When Penny leaves when Leonard and Leslie are in his room, she opens the apartment door and the hallway is isn't present. It's just a chipboard wall. (00:09:50)
Revealing mistake: Any time that Leonard is "driving" his hands never move and the wheel never moves either.
The Euclid Alternative - S2-E5
Revealing mistake: When we see Sheldon and Howard on the scooter, look in the back of the mirrors to see the reflection isn't moving. Indicating the bike isn't moving. (00:07:40)
Suggested correction: Not obvious at any point in the show.
