Continuity mistake: When interviewing Rulz, Bones looks at his wrist. In the closeup he is holding a vinyl. Camera changes to show all of Rulz and his hands are now on his knees. (00:17:50)

Continuity mistake: Bones photographs the arm on a silver tray and sends the photos to Zack and Angela. When they view the photos, they are on a blue background. (00:08:00)
Continuity mistake: We see Bones talking to Dr. Goodman about being sent to Washington. They are upstairs in the Jeffersonian as shown, they turn left through a door and are instantly downstairs. (00:02:40)

Continuity mistake: While waiting for the sex tapes, Bones has her arms crossed or leaning on the car door depending on the shot. (00:29:25)

However Booth doesn't swipe his pass to allow him entry. Whenever anyone walks up without swiping the card, a siren goes off and the security guard stops them. Regardless of who they are, as demonstrated in several episodes. (00:06:00)

Visible crew/equipment: Just after Booth gets the codeword from Decker, we see a shot of him and a boom arm can be seen moving in the door's reflection behind Booth. (00:32:30)
Chosen answer: Pickering states the name "Juan Guzman" and during the run of the show we are never told who he is, or why Brennan had been in Cuba and met with this Juan Guzman. We don't know if there is any kind of "relationship" between Brennan and Guzman. A bit frustrating, but I like how this short scene shuts down Agent Pickering's entire review, and it hints at Brennan's career history and her level of security clearance.

Do you remember when Bones was telling Angela about the time she was on one of her out of the country trips, and she was thrown in a dark cell for what she later found out was 3 days? She was crying and looked terrified as she remembered this. She had that same look as someone who was remembering past trauma when Pickering said this name. I kind of always thought that "Juan Guzman" was the one who did that.
