Continuity mistake: Miss Kizlet wears a large silver brooch on her suit's right lapel in every shot of her, but after Clara notices the lights going out behind her house, when it cuts back to the office Kizlet's brooch switches to her left lapel just before it cuts back to the Doctor and Clara, and since the brooch has a distinctive design we can tell that it's a flipped shot. Continuity mistake: When the Doctor and Clara are on the rooftop terrace, there's a distinctive design on the Doctor's bow tie, but when he's in the coffee shop the bow tie's design differs, and when he runs outside to ask if Clara's okay it changes back, then it changes again when he's in back the shop. Additionally, when the walking base station Doctor uploads Clara it's wearing a bow tie, and its design also changes on the motorbike and in Kizlet's office.

Continuity mistake: When Clara and the Doctor watch the lights going out, they first stand in front of the chair, but when the Doctor notes that some planes have WiFi, they stand behind the chair. That chair switches from in front of them to behind them another couple of times. (00:25:03)
The Angels Take Manhattan - S7-E6
Continuity mistake: When they are back in the cemetery at the end, the Angel shows up right behind Rory. In the first shot facing Rory, as the camera zooms in on a close-up of the Angel, the Angel's right arm/hand is pointing straight out, and its left open hand is up in a grabbing position. After River asks where the hell it came from, in the Angel's next close-up and all subsequent close-ups, its arm/hand positions are reversed - left hand is pointing straight out and its right hand is up. Yet in every shot of the Doctor, River and Amy together, in the foreground we see the Angel's left hand is up in the grabbing position. (00:37:35)

Continuity mistake: While Clara shouts, "I don't know where I am," over and over, the Doctor sonics his way into the house. When he kneels beside Clara, then notices the 'girl' on the stairs and stands up, in the shots facing him we can see that the young actress stands on the step facing the stairway (note her legs), with her hand at her side, but in the shots facing the girl she stands facing the door with her hand on the banister. The Time of the Doctor - S7-E17
Continuity mistake: After the Doctor yells at Handles for putting him on the Dalek ship, the Doctor grabs him and carries the head with his right arm, then switches the head to his left arm. However, in the close-up as the Doctor asks, "What does this question mean?" we see Handles is back on the Doctor's right arm, but next shot as the phone rings, Handles is carried on the Doctor's left arm again. Continuity mistake: At the end Amy and Rory receive a postcard from Siluria with the TARDIS pictured on it, but it is the old TARDIS from 2005 (note there is no St John's ambulance sign on it). (00:46:02)
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Rory pushes a Dalek backwards it has ear lights but in the next shot it doesn't.
Suggested correction: The close-up shot of the Dalek just as Rory pushes it is positioned such that the ear lights, and the place where they're mounted, isn't visible anyway.

Continuity mistake: When the War Doctor kisses Clara goodbye, his tea cup rests on top of the saucer, but when he steps into his TARDIS the cup sits on the bench, beside the saucer.

Continuity mistake: When the Doctor rides the bike out of the TARDIS, visible in the background is the TARDIS with the door still open. In the very next shot, the door is closed. (00:28:47)
The Time of the Doctor - S7-E17
Continuity mistake: When the Doctor teleports onto the Dalek ship and announces himself, he's holding up a broken Dalek eyestalk in the wide shot as he throws off his hood, but then in the close-up he throws the hood off again, with his arm lowered. Then he raises his arm again, with his arm bent at the elbow, only for a wide shot to have his arm sticking straight up, with his elbow straight. (00:00:55)
The Name of the Doctor - S7-E15
Continuity mistake: When the Doctor pulls the Intelligence's hand off his chin, Simeon's thumb is suddenly no longer touching his face. (00:25:56)
Continuity mistake: During the sepia-toned explanation of the Doctor and Clara's initial investigation into Sweetville, when they pose as a married couple to infiltrate the place, are accepted, and the Doctor says "The missus and I couldn't be more chuffed, could we love?" in a bad Northern accent, Clara's fake smile goes from closed-mouth to open-mouth between shots. Journey to the Centre of the TARDIS - S7-E12
Continuity mistake: When Clara asks the Doctor if he's putting the TARDIS on basic mode because she's a girl and he responds "No!", his hand moves from raised to resting on the console between shots. (00:01:39)
Continuity mistake: When Skaldak grabs Professor Grisenko's head and announces that Martian law decrees the destruction of the Earth, his hands change position on Grisenko's head between shots. (00:31:47)
Continuity mistake: When the Doctor, being held by two of the crewmen, explains that there's a geographical anomaly the sub can land on to halt its descent, the hand of the crewman holding his right arm disappears in a close-up, followed by the crewman himself disappearing in the next shot. Continuity mistake: After the Doctor gets hit in the head by a football, when he raises his arms defensively when Ellie Oswald comes over to see if he's all right, his arms switch positions between the wide shot and the close-up. (00:02:02)

Continuity mistake: When the Doctor tells Clara he's not going to budge from his spot, he puts his sonic screwdriver inside his jacket. After she responds that she'll just come to him, he's holding it out again. (00:21:32)

Continuity mistake: When the Intelligence in Simeon's body is attacking the Doctor, the Doctor's left arm goes from pushing at Simeon's right shoulder to suddenly stretched along the floor in a shot from above. (00:54:48)
