The End of Time: Part Two - S4-E18
Other mistake: Shortly after everyone arrives on the Vinvocci ship, when the Vinvocci and the Doctor run through the door on their way to the flight deck, the Doctor comes back to get Wilf, who didn't initially follow because he was mesmerized by the sight of the Earth from orbit. It's obvious that David Tennant went just behind the door and paused briefly before coming back into the room, which is not what the Doctor is supposed to be doing. (00:16:00)
Other mistake: When the Doctor tells the Atraxi "Oh, you're not the first lot to have come here, there have been so many," one of the monsters shown from their scan of Earth is a group of Ood. Even if in one of their uprisings they attacked the Earth, it would have been in the far future. The Doctor has had no encounters with them on Earth, and he knows them to be peaceful, so why would they be amongst the aliens who have threatened the planet? The only Ood who has been to Earth at this point is Ood Sigma, and he didn't come to attack. In addition, a group of Hath is also shown. These aliens have never been seen on Earth at all. (00:53:30)
Other mistake: When Amy's age is given as 1306, the computer screen reads 1308 instead. (00:15:50)
The Time of Angels (1) - S5-E4
Other mistake: At the end when the Doctor is seen shooting the gravity globe, he does not actually move his finger but the pistol still fires.
Other mistake: As Amy, River and The Doctor enter "the Underhenge" River says "More than just a fairytale." This is a reference to The Doctor saying pretty much the same thing to River at the end of S5 E5 when she says she will see him again "when The Pandorica Opens." This moment has not happened for River yet, it is still in her future. So how can she "call back" to it? (00:11:48)
The Impossible Astronaut - S6-E2
Other mistake: After River shoots at the astronaut going into the lake, she drops her arm. The next second, she turns around and the gun is holstered without her having made any movement to do so, and there was no sound made.
Suggested correction: The holster is low enough for the subtle movement her right arm makes to be using it. As for the sound, the removal of her gun doesn't make a sound either. The only sound heard is directly before it when she put her medical scanner away.
Other mistake: When the Doctor gets George's psychic cry for help, he's shown reading the message without opening the wallet containing the psychic paper. This despite the fact that all previous instances of the Doctor receiving psychic messages this way has required him to open the wallet, suggesting that the wallet itself does not display the message. (00:02:02)
The Wedding of River Song - S6-E14
Other mistake: When the Doctor walks into the control room at the base, the time on the computer is frozen between 5:02:57pm and 5:02:58pm. The Doctor grabs River's hand, and time begins moving up to 5:03:00pm before he is restrained. Later, when the Doctor and River kiss and time begins moving again, the time is 5:02:00pm.
Other mistake: As the Doctor passes a stack of three cubes, the camera is close enough to see the top cube has two small squares intertwined on the side facing diagonally toward the light. He said all were the same, no difference or individuality whatsoever. (00:03:53)
The Angels Take Manhattan - S7-E6
Other mistake: The photo shoot PA from "Asylum of the Daleks" earlier in this season isn't in the credits for that episode, but is credited in this episode, despite not featuring in it. (00:45:36)
Other mistake: When Mr. Thursday goes to see Vastra, to hire her to investigate his brother's death, he doesn't see her face (she's a Silurian "lizard woman from the dawn of time") until she lifts her veil to take a closer look at a photograph he brought her, upon which he faints. However, Vastra's veil is quite see-through, enough that her non-human appearance is obvious to the audience even before she lifts it. The same thing happens when she goes to visit the coroner later - although he doesn't faint.
The Day of the Doctor - S7-E16
Other mistake: Billie Piper is listed as playing "Rose" in the closing credits. Rose was certainly mentioned, yes, but Piper in this episode was actually sentient superweapon the Moment, who merely took Rose's form, and was in all other respects nothing like the former companion.
The Time of the Doctor - S7-E17
Other mistake: While looking around the Doctor's room, one of the children's drawings Clara passes by has the TARDIS in it... when the TARDIS has been absent for all of the 300 years the Doctor has spent on Trenzalore up to this point, so none of the pictures existing now should have the time machine present. And it's not a particularly weathered picture, either, suggesting it can't be from the beginning of his stay on the planet. (00:31:47)
Other mistake: O'Donnell imitates another character retching. The subtitles show this as (WRETCHES). (00:03:00)
Other mistake: Prentis says "In my ship, I have directions to my planet and a selection of items that you can oppress me with." The subtitles say "[...] appraise me with." (00:06:25)
Other mistake: The Doctor says: "He's taking the suspended-animation chamber to the church." The subtitles say "[...] to the judge." (00:15:30)
Other mistake: Clara says "The dark, the sword, the forsaken, the temple." The subtitles say "The Doc [...]." (00:22:10)
Other mistake: The Fisher King says "The Time Lord... Lied." The subtitles say "The Time Lord... Night." (00:35:00)
Other mistake: The line spoken is "You mash up Vikings to make warrior juice." The subtitles say "You must have [...]." (00:12:30)
Other mistake: The Doctor says "These are a sort of mark 2, yeah?" The subtitles say "These are a sort of Mach 2, yeah?" (00:17:40)
