The Purr-Fect Crime (1) - S1-E19
Continuity mistake: Catwoman curls up with a large red book. In the master shot, she's holding and reading the lefthand pages. In the close-up insert, her hands are suddenly grasping the righthand pages instead. Cut back to master shot, and she's again holding the left side of the book. (00:08:30)
The Purr-Fect Crime (1) - S1-E19
Deliberate mistake: At the end, Batman chooses the button on the right which opens the door on the right, with the tiger inside, but the last shot of the episode has been flipped, so the tiger exits from the door on the left. (00:23:25)
The Purr-Fect Crime (1) - S1-E19
Revealing mistake: In the last shot of the episode, when the tiger exits the small room in the flipped shot, right at the end of this shot as the tiger jumps up, at the top of the screen we can see that the camera has been positioned under a platform for this tiger stunt. (00:24:15)
Better Luck Next Time (2) - S1-E20
Revealing mistake: When Batman dodges the tiger by using metal claws to climb the wall, the stunt wires lifting him are visible. (00:03:00)
Better Luck Next Time (2) - S1-E20
Visible crew/equipment: While Batman uses his metal claw to hang from the wall, he reverses his communicator's polarity and increases the audio modulation. It then cuts to the tiger, and at the start of this shot we can see the animal trainer's red gloved hand, at the bottom left corner of the screen. (00:04:40)
Better Luck Next Time (2) - S1-E20
Continuity mistake: While Batman is increasing his communicator's audio modulation so as to incapacitate the tiger, Batman is wearing Bat Ear Plugs to protect his hearing. As Batman turns his head in the closeup, we're able to see that the Bat Ear Plug has vanished from his right ear, then it reappears in its proper place. (00:04:55)
Not Yet, He Ain't (2) - S1-E22
Factual error: When the Penguin steals the Batmobile, Batman spies on him from a tiny camera he says is hidden behind the car's fuel gauge. But the picture he and Robin are viewing has been shot from several feet away from the car, not from inside it. (00:11:15)
Not Yet, He Ain't (2) - S1-E22
Continuity mistake: Penguin loads all his loot into the stolen Batmobile - so much loot that the trunk can't close. Yet in the very next shot, as he drives away, the trunk has somehow shut itself. (00:17:30)
Not Yet, He Ain't (2) - S1-E22
Revealing mistake: When being gunned down by O'Hara cops, there are no bullets coming from the cop who gunned Batman down, but he still reacts to it.
Not Yet, He Ain't (2) - S1-E22
Continuity mistake: When Batman and Robin are being chased by O'Hara and the cops, Batman raises his hand, goes to throw a smoke grenade, then in the next shot, he raises his hand again to actually throw it.
Not Yet, He Ain't (2) - S1-E22
Continuity mistake: When the Batmobile is blocked by the second police car, it's stopped on an angle, and almost touching the car. When the Penguin commandeers the Batmobile, it's sitting correctly on the road, so that it can be driven easily without really needing to back up.
Factual error: When Bruce, Dick, and Aunt Harriet are looking at the globe, Bruce corrects Dick's mistake about Lima being the capitol of Ecuador and says "No, as you can see, I was right. It's the capitol of Peru." and points to the globe to show him. Based on the position of Europe facing the camera, he's actually pointing to somewhere in northern Canada. (00:02:35)
Other mistake: Riddler says that his "universal wax solvent" can eat through anything. Which begs the question, just what is that vat he cooks the stuff up in made of? We see the wax burn through solid steel vault doors. So it also ought to be eating through the vat, the floor and the bedrock, and sizzling its way down to the Earth's core. (00:07:00)
Visible crew/equipment: Outside Madame Soleil's, when Riddler notices the Batmobile he rushes up to it with Tallow following behind, and the chalk T-mark is visible on the ground at Tallow's feet. As this shot continues, when Tallow warns Riddler about the Batmobile's burglar alarms, the reflection of the boom pole/mic is visible on the glass. (00:19:10)
Revealing mistake: While Batman and Robin are tied up and suspended over the enormous candle dipper vat, there are stunt wires leading to under their capes. (00:21:00)
Continuity mistake: At the beginning, in the wide shot of Batman and Robin over the candle dipper, Riddler is standing with his back towards them, but in the close-up, he is facing forward.
Continuity mistake: There is a jump cut at the beginning when Batman and Robin are being lowered into the vat of wax, where all of a sudden, Batman is trying to wiggle his legs free.

The Joker Trumps an Ace (1) - S1-E25
Revealing mistake: In Commissioner Gordon's office, when Batman opens Joker's gift the genie figure begins to inflate, and in the overhead shot the stunt's covered air hose is visible at the bottom of the screen. In the next shot Batman pops the figure causing it to deflate, and the wire at the top of the figure's head is visible as it descends. (00:07:05)
Batman Sets the Pace (2) - S1-E26
Visible crew/equipment: When Alfred whispers to Bruce about the Batphone, the boom mic is visible over Alfred at the top of the screen. (00:23:20)
Answer: There wasn't one singular city used. It was shot in and around various locations in California, plus on a lot of sets and backlots. Ex. Some scenes were shot in LA, some in Pasadena, some in Santa Barbara, etc.
