Visible crew/equipment: After Zhaan has taken control of the Halosian ship, when Zhaan's transmission appears on Moya's clamshell viewer, in the shots facing Rygel, John, and Aeryn (in each others' bodies) we can see the puppeteer, who's wearing a headset, with his right arm up in Rygel's sleeve. Fun to watch.
Bad Timing - S4-E22
Continuity mistake: At the end, the final shot of the boat with Aeryn & John crystalized shows that their pulse pistols are still there and intact. But when they are reconstituted at the beginning of "The Peacekeeper Wars", the pistols reappear on their belts for them to draw.
Visible crew/equipment: After Meelak opens the door to Rygel's quarters and asks Crichton why he wants the Hynerian's help, Rygel betrays Chrichton and says, "I don't think the mind cleansing is working," and when John punches Rygel's face, in the close-up we can see the puppeteer's fingers beside Rygel, behind the table.
Visible crew/equipment: After John acts out what the word "shoot" means before he and Aeryn release the vorc, it cuts to the wiggly-eared vorc moving down a corridor while Aeryn and John follow behind him, and we can see a crew member's arm holding cables for the moving animatronic vorc, at the left side of the screen.
Visible crew/equipment: When they listen to the sphere's signal to analyze it, in the shots of Rygel, D'Argo, and John, particularly when John asks, "What stopped?" just before the message that only the three Johns hear, we can see the brunette puppeteer with his arm up Rygel's sleeve, at the right side of the screen.
The Hidden Memory (2) - S1-E20
Visible crew/equipment: After Pilot (on viewer) tells Rygel and Chiana, "Moya's data stores indicate it may be best to get the offspring out as fast as possible," when it cuts to Rygel's close-ups we can see the blonde head of the puppeteer at the lower left side of the screen.
Visible crew/equipment: After the pod has landed on the planet, when D'Argo and Rygel experience power loss, the hoverchair looses power and Rygel's thrown into the dirt. Then as Rygel shouts, "D'Argo? Where are you going?" the head of the puppeteer, who's wearing a knit cap, can be seen at the right side of the screen.
Visible crew/equipment: In the bottom left hand corner of the screen during the overhead shots of the celebration fire, you can see a camera, with white film canisters on a lower boom. (00:37:00 - 00:38:00)
Relativity - S3-E10
Visible crew/equipment: When they are suggesting decoys to lure the Retrieval Squad, Stark questions the idea and Crichton says "Stark, if you have any other ideas we'll be thrilled to hear them before we go out". At the same time they are walking down a passage way with the camera following. As they turn the corner the camera's shadow can be seen on the wall to the left.
Visible crew/equipment: When they spot the moon, Aeryn walks to the control systems and says "How could we miss it?" If you watch closely you can see the boom mic come in to picture above her.
Visible crew/equipment: After John successfully instructs Aeryn on how to maneuver and slingshot Moya away from the PK's Command Carrier, Zhaan gives John a very special thank you. When it cuts to the DRD scooting across the floor in Moya's empty Command, a crew member wearing shorts can be seen at the right side of the screen, as he's looking in the direction of the DRD, and is presumably controlling the DRD's remote control.
Visible crew/equipment: Zhaan is talking to Tahleen as they've recently landed on the planet. When Tahleen says, "Perhaps our many cycles of reclusion contributed to an error in judgment," you can see the shadow from the camera moving on Zhaan.
Liars, Guns and Money (1): A Not So Simple Plan - S2-E19
Visible crew/equipment: When Scorpius is choking Crichton and Crichton says, "Aw, what's the matter, Scorpy?", the boom mic pops into picture right above Crichton.
Visible crew/equipment: While on the planet, when Crichton is talking with Lyneea about the military not being very compassionate and Crichton says, "No, militaries rarely are": when it cuts back to Lyneea we can see the shadow from the camera moving on her. (00:27:55)
Unrealized Reality (1) - S4-E11
Visible crew/equipment: When Crichton is about to take his last journey into the wormhole (in this episode at least) he pulls down the visor of his helmet. We can see four square and round white lights reflected that are not from the current scene.
The Choice - S3-E17
Continuity mistake: When Aeryn tells Stark and Crais to get out, she pushes Crais in front of Stark. When it cuts, Crais is standing behind Stark.
Revealing mistake: When John and Aeryn are walking up to the safehouse you can see make-up mixed in with the rain dripping off John's nose.
Continuity mistake: D'Argo's eyes alternate between green and blue throughout the first half of the season (depending on the episode), before finally settling on blue.
Visible crew/equipment: After Crais asks if Aeryn have seen the surveillance logs, it cuts to a close-up shot of Crichton. If you look closely up in the left corner of the screen you can see the boom mike pop into view.
Factual error: CDR Crighton has on his astronaut flight suit. He is wearing an American flag on his right upper arm. But the flag has the field of stars to his rear. It is a flag designed to be worn on the left arm, not the right.
Chosen answer: It's never explained. John mentions a theory that his less technologically developed craft simply interferes with the wormhole less than the "superior" Vipers, but they never make a concrete determination on that point. But we also have to take into account the fact that Moya traverses wormholes with no ill effect as well.
