Charmed

Witchstock - S6-E11

Plot hole: After Paige changes the past, the ghost of Grams changes from a no-nonsense demon-hunter into a pacifist hippie. So, apparently, we are now in an alternate timeline where Grams never became assertive, and stayed a hippie all her life. The episode went to great lengths to establish that if Grams had stayed a hippie, she and the Charmed Ones would have all died young. But the ghost of Grams was still middle-aged, instead of decades younger, and Wyatt and Chris were still there, but they wouldn't have been if their mother Piper had died as a child.

Prince Charmed - S6-E12

Other mistake: During the second attack on Wyatt, when he lets his force field down the top of head is transparent from the special effects.

Used Karma - S6-E13

Continuity mistake: In the scene when Piper is fighting off demons by herself at the start of the episode and Phoebe and Paige come to help her, she narrowly misses a fireball and jumps down to the ground to dodge it. In the shot before, her forehead is un-injured, but as she dives to the ground you see that she is already bleeding from her forehead, *before* she actually hurts it. (00:02:30)

Spin City - S6-E18

Revealing mistake: When Piper is being spun in the web, she spins around and gets stuck to the wall. If you look closely Chris's eyes look above the CGI figure and do not follow it correctly.

Witch Wars - S6-E21

Continuity mistake: When Paige goes to The Bay Mirror to bring Phoebe potions we see she has 3 different colored potions: green, blue, and orange. She hands the light blue "explosive" to Phoebe, then hands the green one saying it's "acid" but when she hands Phoebe the last potion the camera angle changes and we see that she's again handing her the green one. At this time we see that Phoebe is holding the blue and the orange ones. (00:10:28)

Suggested correction: There is a difference between an Empath and the power of Empathy. A true Empath is a mortal that has died and been reincarnated and they are a separate race of magical beings. But other beings, such as witches, can have the power of empathy. It does get confusing because they refer to a witch with empathy as an empath, but that doesn't mean they are true empaths. In addition, Phoebe developed her empathy powers in her 20's as one of her first powers and her power of empathy is the strongest of any being.

And where is this stated anywhere in the 8 seasons of the show?

Soul Survivor - S6-E7

Continuity mistake: When Paige is trying to convince Piper and Phoebe that she needs to save Larry's soul, she has the Book of Shadows open to the page on vampires. In subsequent shots, the open page changes to two different demons; but Paige's hands are down by her sides the entire time, so she couldn't have flipped the pages over. (00:26:35)

The Courtship of Wyatt's Father - S6-E16

Continuity mistake: Darklighters are not supposed to die from Darklighter arrows. When Paige and Phoebe get them out of the ghostly plane, a second Darklighter shoots the main one, and he instantly is vanquished. This has never happened to my recollection as DL arrows are meant to only harm Whitelighters or future Whitelighters. (00:35:45)

Paige: Well, you wanted to live like us. Now you get to die like us.

Answer: That was a mistake in the series.

Also, the episode is called 'Babies First Demon' and this alone tells us that it's Wyatt's first time in the field (so to speak) and as the sisters say, they've done a good job of clearing up their own magical messes so far. Nobody really knows how advanced Wyatt's powers are, or will become. That's why the cleaners appear, to nip things in the bud. The Cleaners didn't want to chance that the sisters could clean Wyatt's magic up, just incase they couldn't. Therefore intervening themselves, just in case.

Chosen answer: When the cleaners first surface in season 6 it is mentioned that usually the girls have been able to clean up their own messes (as seen in season 3 episode 22 when Phoebe turns back time thus concluding in the death of Prue).

Answer: Because they wanted them to fix their own mistakes.
