Visible crew/equipment: After Phoebe tells Cole she's pregnant she leaves in the elevator, and when it cuts to Piper, Paige, and Leo we can see the crew's grey mat on the floor under Piper and Paige, then in two following shots (from the same angle) the red T-mark is visible on that mat, at Paige's feet. Continuity mistake: When Phoebe is lying on the ground and is supposed to be unconscious, when Cole goes to pick her up you can see Phoebe throw her arms around his neck. (00:29:15)
Cole: Phoebe, I love you. I don't know what's going on but maybe I can help. Would you like me to kill someone for you?
Question: In the opening credits, Holly Combs is credited with "and Holly Marie Combs as 'Piper'". Why was she credited with her character's name, when none of the other three lead actresses were?
Answer: She became a producer.
Incorrect. Her billing changed in season 4 but she didn't become a producer until season 5.

Chosen answer: Her agent/manager negotiated a special billing as part of her contract. It distinguishes her from the rest of the cast, probably when she became a producer on the show.
