Visible crew/equipment: After Ross and Rachel cover the table with the sheet, when Phoebe walks in Rachel says they can turn out the lights and watch the movie, and in the next shot we can see the end of the set wall, the soundstage and a crew member's leg.
Visible crew/equipment: When Frasier is standing through his sunroof to speak with the drivers stuck behind him in the parking garage, one shot shows Frasier's body and much of the rear window which features a very clear reflection of the boom mic.
Visible crew/equipment: As the train is pulling up you can see a car in the reflection in the train window and a man wearing a yellow shirt. Possibly a director or Michael Landon.
Visible crew/equipment: In the scene in Bargain Bob's where Donna is talking to Bob, the end of the set and lights can be seen in the reflection of metal cookware that Bob is tying balloons to. (00:07:50)

Visible crew/equipment: In the scene where Prue comes home and finds Andy inside the manor. There is a shot where if you look behind Andy's shoulder you can see half of the body of the director in the background in the observatory room sitting in a director's chair. (00:16:00)

Visible crew/equipment: When Brenda is talking with Michael Miller, you can see a microphone come into the top of the frame.
Visible crew/equipment: At the mill, when John tells Buck that Willie Brimmer might be at the Montgomery cabin with Jim-Bob, in the next closeup of John we see a billowy trail of cigarette smoke at the bottom right corner of the screen, but the only people standing there are Elizabeth, John, and Buck, and none are smoking. Presumably, it was someone offscreen smoking too close to the camera (similar to a mistake in 1978's "Halloween"). (00:26:05)

Visible crew/equipment: In the scene where Dana comes back from spending the night with her manager, Alice pushes Jenny and runs and dives in bed. You can see a good shot of a camera man in the mirror.
Visible crew/equipment: When Martin is fighting the "puppy" at the door, you can see a crew member's hand pushing the doorknob open to portray the puppy is trying to get back into the room.
Moving Day - S2-E18
Visible crew/equipment: When Barney falls over in the truck, as he is lying on the floor you can see his mic on the back of his trousers and a wire connected to it. (00:16:35)
Visible crew/equipment: When Audrey enters her father's office to find him in the middle of his Civil War recreation, a boom mic dips into the shot over their heads. (00:18:40)
Visible crew/equipment: When Ned walks upstairs to check on the lady before the bad guy gets killed, behind him is a circular window. A reflecting light can be seen in the window along with what looks to be a boom microphone.

Visible crew/equipment: When Lady Catherine de Bourgh and Lizzie are by the carriage (right after Lady Catherine de Bourgh questions whether Lizzie is engaged to Mr. Darcy), there's a camera or some sort of device visible. (00:36:40)
