Continuity mistake: After Phoebe jump kicks a warlock and falls to the ground, there is a blonde woman standing next to them. In the next shot of the warlock, when Piper blows him up, the woman is gone. But all of the mortals had been frozen, so she couldn't have moved. (00:37:40)
Something Wicca This Way Comes - S1-E1
Continuity mistake: In the scene when Piper and Jeremy are in the taxi, Piper gives him a fortune cookie. You can see her closing the box. In the next shot of Jeremy, you can see the box is still open. (00:31:15)
Something Wicca This Way Comes - S1-E1
Continuity mistake: At the end of the episode the newspaper Prue is holding keeps changing from facing the camera to facing her. And as she turns to the house she drops her hand (and the newspaper) to her side but in the next shot she is holding it to her chest again. (00:40:25)
We're Off to See the Wizard - S4-E19
Continuity mistake: In the scene where we first see Phoebe and Cole when she's about to leave the apartment, you see she is wearing gold and white high heels but as soon as she reaches the elevator she's wearing black boots.
Continuity mistake: After the potion is spilt, the green stain it leaves on Phoebe's skirt keeps changing both size and colour. (00:31:30 - 00:34:35)
Continuity mistake: Near the beginning when Chris and Phoebe are talking in her office, the loose ends of her scarf switch from being in front of her to being over the back of her shoulders in almost every shot. (00:00:50)
Thank You for Not Morphing - S1-E3
Continuity mistake: In this episode one of the shape shifting demons from across the street attempted to take the book of shadows out of the house. He managed to carry the book to the door, but could not take it past the threshold of the house. But in the later series it is always stated that evil cannot touch the book of shadows.
Continuity mistake: Piper does not light the candles before she summons Grams, but in the episode 'PreWitched' (when Grams summons Patty) we see that the candles must be kept alight to maintain the connection with the dead. (00:18:00 - 00:33:30)
Continuity mistake: Paige looks in the Book of Shadows and suggests that the demon they are looking for could be Belthazor, not knowing that Belthazor is Cole's demonic form. But we saw Phoebe making extensive changes to Belthazor's entry in the Book of Shadows in a previous episode, and the changes are not in evidence here. (00:01:40)
Continuity mistake: The timeline in the episode is inconsistent. Right after the first courtroom scene, we see the three sisters at home, and Phoebe says that "Cole was an angel in that courtroom yesterday." Later, Cole says that he regrets the criminal being let go, "today." But they are talking about the same events.
Continuity mistake: In 'Morality Bites', Phoebe has her premonition about being executed while watching a news report on a baseball player, right after she and the others punish Pratt. When she returns in time at the end of the episode, they all watch the news report first and only afterwards look out the window and see Pratt. (00:02:10 - 00:39:50)
Continuity mistake: In the episode "A Witch in Time," when Phoebe and Piper are going to Miles' work to get him for the first time, Phoebe runs up the steps to his work and she is wearing leather boots with a skinny heel. Then, when she and Piper are running to where the police shoot-out is, Phoebe is wearing tan Ugs. Then, when they get there and Piper freezes the scene and Phoebe is getting the bullets out of the air, she is wearing the leather boots again. (00:06:45)
Continuity mistake: When Prue describes the way the warlock Matthew traveled instantaneously, Melinda tells the sisters that it's called blinking, and that Matthew "must have copied it from another witch." But later in the series, every warlock encountered by the Charmed Ones had the ability to blink, and it was considered exclusively a warlock ability, meaning that no witch would have had it. (00:21:30)
Continuity mistake: In this episode, Leo tells Phoebe that white lighters are sent to their charges by "a group of elder white lighters known as the founders." However, by later seasons in the series, the word "founders" was never used. The leaders of the white lighters were simply known as the "elders." (00:14:15)
Continuity mistake: When Piper is talking to Cole, they show the other Piper on the couch. Whenever you see Piper talking, you can see that the other Piper's legs change position throughout the shot. They go from being straight to both legs bent to one leg bent to straight. (00:18:00)
Continuity mistake: When Prue runs into Susan Trudeau at the restaurant, she asks if she's Andy's sister, only to find she's his ex-wife. But Prue knew Andy all through high school - she would have known he didn't have a sister. (00:12:25)
The Truth Is Out There... and It Hurts - S1-E8
Continuity mistake: In this episode the truth spell is before the demons page in the Book of Shadows, but in 'Out of Sight' the truth spell is after the demons page.
The Power of Three Blondes - S6-E4
Continuity mistake: When Phoebe kicks Mabel after the Stillman sisters have taken the Charmed Ones' powers, Jennifer Sky's stunt double's face can be plainly seen, and also her hair is darker and less full.
The Power of Three Blondes - S6-E4
Continuity mistake: During the scene when Paige goes to the citrus plant during the labor rally, her pink blouse is quite short, baring her entire midriff. When the security guard throws Paige out of the plant, Rose McGowan's stunt double is wearing a shirt in the same pink color, but it reaches all the way down to her waistline.
Size Matters - S4-E5
Continuity mistake: Piper suggests that Paige orb in place, because the clay is still wet enough that it will collapse if she's not there to support it. But when Paige actually does orb, the clay cracks and collapses into powder as if it had been bone dry.
Answer: That was a mistake in the series.
Also, the episode is called 'Babies First Demon' and this alone tells us that it's Wyatt's first time in the field (so to speak) and as the sisters say, they've done a good job of clearing up their own magical messes so far. Nobody really knows how advanced Wyatt's powers are, or will become. That's why the cleaners appear, to nip things in the bud. The Cleaners didn't want to chance that the sisters could clean Wyatt's magic up, just incase they couldn't. Therefore intervening themselves, just in case.
