Continuity mistake: The timeline in the episode is inconsistent. Right after the first courtroom scene, we see the three sisters at home, and Phoebe says that "Cole was an angel in that courtroom yesterday." Later, Cole says that he regrets the criminal being let go, "today." But they are talking about the same events.
Visible crew/equipment: At the start of the final courtroom scene, when the first shot is on Cole with Morris behind him, the boom mic is visible over Cole at the top of the screen. (00:34:25)
Continuity mistake: When Cole catches Phoebe's karate kick at her school, her foot is up near Cole's shoulder, but then moves down much lower. (00:18:20)
Continuity mistake: When Cole gives Phoebe his card on the school campus, it disappears and reappears between shots. (00:23:25)
Visible crew/equipment: After Phoebe tells the others that Emilio will be getting arraigned at night court in an hour, when it cuts to Leo and the sisters walking in the court hall, the shadow of the boom mic is moving at the top, left side of the screen. (00:33:45)
Audio problem: When Phoebe hits Cole over the head in the courtroom, the sound of something unfreezing is heard, but Cole wasn't frozen and Piper doesn't unfreeze the room until a few moments later.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Cole has caught Phoebe's karate kick at school, Phoebe's hands are both clutching her school books. In the following shot, her left arm is in a completely different position, and there's no reason for her to have moved it. (00:18:25)
Continuity mistake: In the season 2 finale the council has five members and yellow robes, in this episode they're now called the triad and there are 3 members in red robes (changed to black robes with inverted pentagrams in later seasons).
Chosen answer: Her agent/manager negotiated a special billing as part of her contract. It distinguishes her from the rest of the cast, probably when she became a producer on the show.
