Continuity mistake: When Rasputin first lay on the couch, he was at the end of it, but two shots later he was suddenly in the middle of the couch.
Continuity mistake: In this episode, the Cupid needs his ring in able to "fade" from place to place but in Season Eight Coop loses his ring to a demon and he is still able to "fade" from place to place. (00:18:00)
Love Hurts - S1-E21
Continuity mistake: In this episode Leo specifically tells Prue, Piper and Phoebe not to touch the Darklighters arrow because it is poisonous however in future episodes/seasons, the Darklighter arrows are only poisonous to Whitelighters. (00:06:30)
Continuity mistake: When Chris's hand gets stuck to the first aid kit, the position of his hand changes between shots.
Continuity mistake: Leo says that Piper's past lover is his past life. If it was a past life, in 1924, that means Leo must have died almost straight away to be old enough to qualify as a doctor in WW2. And it wouldn't be his past life but his own past if it was the same life from before he became a Whitelighter. But then he'd also have been 15-20 years older before he died in WW2.
Continuity mistake: In the church scene when Phoebe and Piper are showing Paige how to use her power, Piper says "according to the prophecy, the third sister has the power to move things with her mind, like Prue could." Prue was not the third sister, but the first. Paige is technically The Fourth Sister, but since the prophecy didn't speak of a "Power of Four", she would automatically become the third sister after Prue's death. (01:02:42)
Sight Unseen - S3-E5
Continuity mistake: Cole goes to the manor, turns the AC on, knocks a lamp on the ground and opens a window, then shimmers up to the attic. When the sisters come home all the windows are open, but Cole opened only one downstairs.
Continuity mistake: During the opening, Piper, Phoebe and Cole are in an SUV and going to find a demon. A shot from in front shows that there is no rearview mirror in the SUV, just a white mark on the windshield. When they turn into the parking lot however, the rearview mirror has returned.
Sense and Sense Ability - S5-E20
Continuity mistake: During the meeting with Phoebe's boss (regarding her newspaper column), when Phoebe's hearing is "stolen", the white handbag flips over (top faces Phoebe, then bottom) and upside-down (note flap/clasp) on the desk between shots.
Witch Wars - S6-E21
Continuity mistake: When Paige goes to The Bay Mirror to bring Phoebe potions we see she has 3 different colored potions: green, blue, and orange. She hands the light blue "explosive" to Phoebe, then hands the green one saying it's "acid" but when she hands Phoebe the last potion the camera angle changes and we see that she's again handing her the green one. At this time we see that Phoebe is holding the blue and the orange ones. (00:10:28)
The Three Faces of Phoebe - S4-E14
Continuity mistake: When Phoebe casts the spell to hear her hearts desire about marrying Cole it conjures old Phoebe and young Phoebe. When Leo, Piper, and Paige enter the room they all room perplexed by who the two people, just conjured, are. If this is supposed to be young Phoebe, wouldn't Leo (who has followed all them their whole lives) Piper and especially Phoebe recognize the younger Phoebe immediately instead of being confused by who she is?
House Call - S5-E13
Continuity mistake: When Leo finds Piper on the ladder removing the "filthy" wood shingles he's wearing a crew-neck grey and blue pullover, but when Piper climbs off the ladder and Leo tells her she needs to snap out of it Leo is wearing something beige with a collar, then it's back to the crew-neck pullover. (00:31:00)
Continuity mistake: While at P3, Leo tells Phoebe that she can't turn into a Harpy just by getting scratched, and when Piper cautions Leo to use discretion Piper raises her left arm to Leo, but in the next shot it's Piper's right arm that's raised. (00:16:05)
Continuity mistake: After Phoebe finds the Scavenger Demon page in the Book of Shadows the camera dollies out, and when Piper asks what happened with Cole, the crew's taped black mat is visible on the bare floor with no fringed area rug, then when Cole shimmers into the attic, in the next shot of Piper and Phoebe we see the fringed area rug at the bottom of the screen. (00:06:35)
Continuity mistake: When Phoebe adds the photos to the Book of Shadows, Phoebe writes "Cole's human form" with large letters, then in the shot facing Phoebe as she says, "Your date, the guy you've been smooching," we see it's underlined with smaller writing, but in following shots it's back to the original larger lettering without the underline.
Continuity mistake: After Prue and Phoebe send contagious Piper back up to bed, it cuts to three consecutive shots of buses arriving at camp. In the first shot, the bus license plate is white with the number "2IAB345" and we see markings on the bus as the counselor exits. The second closer shot shows two kids exiting the bus. Then in the third wideshot, with those same two kids beside the door, the license plate is now blue with the number "876QPD" and we see the same markings on the bus as in the first shot, so we know it's the same bus. Continuity mistake: While Dantalian tries to steal the Book of Shadows from the attic Piper and Phoebe surprise her, then when Phoebe kicks Dantalian and she falls we see the stuntwoman's footwear has chunky sole ridges, but when the sisters approach Dantalian her shoes have heels. (00:32:10)
