Plot hole: In the bowling alley scene, Ellen states that Grace would need to knock down 27 pins in order to tie. Will and Grace then have a conversation, and Grace gets a strike with her next ball. They then start gloating that they have beaten Rob and Ellen, but the scores don't add up, and they couldn't go into the lead on that round.
Fagmalion Part Four: The Guy Who Loved Me - S5-E19
Continuity mistake: During the scenes with Will and Jack talking to Barry in Jack's apartment, the wine glasses, wine bottle, spoons in the salad bowl, tartlets, tray etc., change position and move about on the table between shots during their conversations.
Continuity mistake: During the thanksgiving dinner, Will is mixing salad. He then leaves the mixing spoons in the bowl. In the next shot they've vanished, and then reappear later on in the scene, back in the bowl. (01:14:00 - 01:15:35)
There but for the Grace of Grace - S2-E21
Continuity mistake: When Ben is mixing the salad with Karen, Karen walks away, and one of the wooden spoons they were mixing with falls onto the worktop. In a following shot the spoon has suddenly jumped back into the bowl so that there are two in the bowl, then in a later shot the spoon vanishes once again. (00:54:25)
Continuity mistake: When Dr. Hershberg is crying after giving some bad news, he knocks a grey box off of the small equipment table which he is leaning on. Later during the scene the box suddenly jumps back up onto the table. Also, the other items on the table jump around and change position on their own accord a few times. (00:05:00 - 00:07:00)
Continuity mistake: After Will and Jack unwrap their breakfast, the pour some of the Smart Start cereal into their bowls, then put the box on the side. Between subsequent shots the box continuously alternates from having it's front / back facing us.
A Bunch of White Chicks Sittin' Around Talkin' - S4-E25
Continuity mistake: When Karen is talking to the security camera in the cell, before receiving the phone call from Stanley, the pieces of salami strewn all over the bed change and some pieces disappear, most noticeably one piece on the pillow. (00:57:30)
Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the episode, Wills' scarf repeatedly changes from hanging loosely over his shoulders, to wrapped around his neck. (01:01:15)
An Old Fashion Piano Party - S3-E20
Continuity mistake: When the tray of root beers is spilt over the piano, the amount of drink on the piano differs, the position of the dropped cups on the floor changes, and the page which the piano song book is open on changes. (00:57:40)
There but for the Grace of Grace - S2-E21
Continuity mistake: When Shannon is asking Grace why she didn't go through with her marriage, there are three glasses of near-empty wine on the table. In one shot they all completely vanish, then reappear in the next shot. (00:55:40)
Continuity mistake: As Grace and Campbell kiss on the couch, Will returns to the cabin and then Grace shuts Campbell outside. The edge of a rug with tassels is sometimes draped over the back of the couch in some shots, and isn't there in others. (00:15:25)
Home Court Disadvantage - S6-E3
Continuity mistake: When Grace is getting Leo to tell Karen the joke to her in her office, in some shots we see a very long roll of white paper across her desk. But in some side shots, it isn't there. (00:11:10 - 00:13:40)
Women and Children First - S5-E17
Continuity mistake: When Jack and Sissy are sitting in his apartment, discussing what they've done with their lives, they both have mint cookies that they eat while they talk. The bites and size of their cookies, most noticeably Sissy's, change between shots.
Continuity mistake: When Leo and Will are at the expensive brunch buffet, Grace is telling Leo about getting food from the back tables of the buffet. Between shots the position of the items on the plate which Grace holds changes.
The Young & the Tactless - S3-E21
Continuity mistake: At the club, Will is at the bar and he says "another round," and in the next shot a beer and a yellow Alco-pop drink is on the bar in front of him. In the next shot they've vanished, and the bartender once again places the same drinks down again for him. (01:16:40)
The Unsinkable Mommy Adler - S1-E13
Continuity mistake: In the restaurant scene, after Will grabs a breadstick and Grace snatches it from him, the position of the breadsticks in the bowl, in the centre of the table, constantly change through the whole scene. (00:33:50)
It's the Gay Pumpkin, Charlie Brown - S5-E5
Continuity mistake: When Will and Grace are on the biking trip with Leo, going to pick a pumpkin, during Will and Grace's conversation the scenery and background behind and around them keep alternating and changing between shots.
Continuity mistake: When Will and Gavin are at the gay club, they sit down at the table with their laptops. There is a bowl and a glass candle on the table, which change their position and even disappear in some shots. (00:14:00)
Where There's a Will There's No Way - S1-E7
Continuity mistake: Grace puts her chocolate donut down on her pad. It then vanishes, then reappears. (01:06:05)
Continuity mistake: After letting Campbell out, Grace pulls the white blind down the door, and it stops about halfway down the door, and gets stuck, and is still rolled at the bottom. In the very next shot, the white blind is now unrolled all the way down perfectly. (00:07:00)
Chosen answer: I'm not from New York so I can't speak for them, but in Chicago it has happened before. not very often though but I do recall it happening. I have also seen no tickets sold prior to the show at all, it was just first come first served the night of the show. That is very uncommon though.
