Visible crew/equipment: During Data's second dream experience he imagines becoming a bird and flies through the Enterprise and beyond. Visible crew/equipment: Near the start, just as Riker says "You have all the time you need.", the engine consultant stops and turns around. As he does so, look above his head and you can see a microphone hanging down. The camera quickly adjusts so it's not visible any more. [Not visible in the remastered Blu-ray version]. (00:06:00)
Visible crew/equipment: On Romulus, when Picard and Data are told, "Eat your soup, courtesy of a loyal establishment," the camera turns to face the duo dressed as Romulans, and an actor's T-mark is visible on the ground behind Data. (00:42:40)
Visible crew/equipment: While Picard talks to Rasmussen in his ready room, when Rasmussen says, "I can't get quite as worked up as you," it cuts to a wide shot, and there's a white tape mark (T-mark) taped to the floor under the desk. (00:32:45)
Visible crew/equipment: After the intro, when Garvin tells Gia to go home, Data is standing on the stairs and the actor's green mark is somewhat visible at Data's feet. Visible crew/equipment: During the scan of the temporal rift at the beginning of the episode, the tip of the microphone briefly comes into view at the top of the screen above Captain Picard's head when Data says, "Nothing I have seen before." [Not visible in the remastered Blu-ray version].
Hide and Q - S1-E10
Visible crew/equipment: When Riker, Dr. Crusher, and La Forge enter the area where the injured colonists are located, the mic is visible for a few seconds at top left of the shot.
Visible crew/equipment: When Worf addresses Klingon captain K'Nera, a microphone dips into the shot over Worf's head. (00:33:10)
Chosen answer: The uniform does indeed change colour. It may be due to the need for a green screen in part, or perhaps some lighting altering our perception. That being said, it certainly looks green at the start, blue thereafter.
The show has been done in HD now and not sure if they fix this problem.
