Continuity mistake: When the CTU units arrive with the helicopter, they ask Teri to drop the weapon. She puts down the weapon, than it is a cut to a view from behind Teri and she still has the weapon in her hand, but is starting bend to put the weapon down.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where the CTU tactical team arrives at the 'lz', the chopper that first makes ground contact is marked "CTU-1", and offloads six federal agents in full tactical gear. Later in another shot of the same scene, you see "CTU-1" marked on a second chopper still circling in the air. It's clear this is not the same chopper as before, as we see the first "CTU-1" on the ground again moments later.
Other mistake: When Jack sits down in room 2, his watch says 2:50, despite the time being 1:05. His watch is correct in other scenes so it's not that it's set wrong or broken. (00:05:00)
Visible crew/equipment: Just after Kevin is executed, you see the assassin walk off to screen left. However you see movement in the rear view mirror of the car on the far right hand side of the screen, evidently a crew member since everyone has been killed. (00:27:15)
Continuity mistake: At one point during Alberta Green's debrief of Jack, the shot changes to a split screen. In the left box, Jack stands up from the table before he does in the right box. (00:04:05)
Continuity mistake: When entering the safe-house Nina walks past the lit lamp on a side table. Seconds later when Mrs. Bauer walks past, it is switched off. (00:11:15)
Continuity mistake: In Episode 15 (Day 1), the pregnancy test that Teri takes to the bathroom is a "TrueBlue" (close up shot on it), but the one that Kim finds there is a "ClearBlue". (00:13:07 - 00:19:57)
Continuity mistake: Elizabeth walks away from the security brief and puts her arm on the wall. When David approaches her, her arm is still on the wall. When the camera changes to the front angle, her arm is not on the wall any more. This is an instant cut. (00:06:30)
Audio problem: When Jack is getting suited up, the new bloke arrives and we hear him put his case down on the glass desk. Camera changes and we see him put the case down on the desk a second time. (00:12:50)
Suggested correction: You can see George (replacement to Alberta) holding 2 briefcases just before Jack sits down to put his shoes on.
Visible crew/equipment: When we see the safe house from in the tree after the guard has been killed you can see the camera shadow on all the branches. It can't be a normal branch shadow we see as the shadow's edge is perfectly straight. (00:18:15)
Revealing mistake: When Teri is driving from the hitman, she drives down the dirt covered side of the road. There are tire tracks visible in the dirt from previous takes. (00:31:40)
Continuity mistake: When Keith Palmer and Carl Webb meet they stop walking around to talk. When we see Carl's face, the sun is coming from behind him, the light shimmers through his hair and the light reflects on Keith's face. Than it cuts to a view from behind Carl, and there is suddenly no light, both stand in the shadow. (00:34:00)
Continuity mistake: Tanya chucks her number and 10 bucks down on the table. These items then proceed to change place without being touched. (00:07:50)
Continuity mistake: As Elizabeth turns round to stab Drazen, he already has a blood mark on his shirt before being stabbed. (00:35:00)
Continuity mistake: We see Teri asleep with her head leaning back. Camera changes and now her head is leaning forward. (00:38:30)
Continuity mistake: When Reed walks into the room for the telecast rehearsal, and heads toward the podium, the woman with the blonde ponytail stands both at the podium and behind him in these shots.
Visible crew/equipment: Mason asks about forensic reports from the safe house. When he does, a camera is seen behind him. (00:03:25)
Continuity mistake: When Tony and Mason are having words about things being personal, there is one point where Mason approaches Tony and Tony's arms go from on his hips to down by his side instantly. (00:13:10)
Other mistake: When David is talking to his son on the balcony he asks if he (Keith) could live with everything being about him. This is during a split screen where you can see David's head in both shots. In one shot his head moves to the side, but in the other shot that is supposedly at the same time, his head doesn't move. (00:14:20)
Continuity mistake: We see a black car driving down the street after the end of the scene between the two Palmers. In this shot you can see the passenger in the back of the car (Andre) is not on the phone. Camera changes to inside and Andre is on the phone. (00:15:50)
