Xander goes back to speak to Spike almost immediately and sees Glory's followers kidnapping him. He wakes goes back to Buffy's house and from there they, again almost immediately, go looking for Glory's house - and it is the broadest of broad daylight. You could see it was still night before they left through the windows of the house. It also begs the question of how they got Spike from Glory's house back to his crypt in the sunlight since they had no blanket. (00:26:20 - 00:28:50)
Continuity mistake: Spike tells Buffy about drugs The Initiative would give him when his chip started firing after he was first captured. This is wrong in two ways: firstly, we saw most of Spike's time in captivity, and he escaped before they could drug him, and secondly, he didn't even know he had a chip until he escaped and tried to kill Willow.

However, in its first appearance in the season 3 episode 'Amends', when it manifests as Jenny Calender and runs its fingers through Angel's hair you can see his hair moving underneath her fingers. It wouldn't be able to do this if it weren't corporeal. (00:15:50)

She falls over the back of the couch and we hear the thud of her landing, however in the wide shot of the couch the vampire has just started to go over the back.

Continuity mistake: When Buffy has told the Scoobies her plan about going down into the Hellmouth, Willow starts talking about how it's beyond anything she's ever done. As she says this she is looking in Buffy's direction, but as she continues and the camera cuts away, her reflection can be seen in a nearby mirror - she is suddenly looking straight ahead of her and then turns to look in Giles' direction. She is then suddenly looking back in Buffy's direction as the camera cuts back to her.

Continuity mistake: When Buffy opened the trunk for the first time, the corpse of the real Ampata is lying with its head to the right of the trunk. When she opens it the second time, the corpse is lying with its head on the other side.
Chosen answer: "So goes the nation" seems to have been used on many occasions, with various different US states in the "As .... goes" section. Most commonly it seems to be California that's considered to lead the way, but probably most other states have appeared in the lead role at some point or another. Other things have also been used - no less a person that Pope John Paul II said "As the family goes, so goes the nation...". The origin of the quote format is unclear - in US politics it goes back into the 19th century, when it was Maine that held the title spot, but, while no definitive origin is known, it seems highly likely that it goes back considerably further than that.
