Continuity mistake: When the couple who has bad pet names for each other is sharing the maternity room with Rachel, the man is unpacking a suitcase that he closes, but in the next shot its open and he flips the top closed again. (00:09:10)

Visible crew/equipment: Right after Rachel says, "Do you know that feeling when you're trying to blow a Saint Bernard out your ass?" the camera cuts to a view of Monica and Chandler. Behind Monica and Chandler, part of the set is visible, along with a man on crutches.
Answer: The statements that she's contradicting (that it is common, it happens to every guy, and it's not a big deal), are the things that a woman commonly says to a man who is suffering from erectile difficulty, typically to assuage his bruised ego. However, most men do not believe that these statements are true, as evidenced by Chandler's outburst. He's so caught up in the proof that women are lying about it that he gives himself away.
