Hail, Mary! - S2-E3
Continuity mistake: When Trevor is punched and flies through the air, there should be blood from his spit in the air, but there's none.
Hail, Mary! - S2-E3
Continuity mistake: When Trevor sneaks into Lexy and Nadine's room, he shuts the door behind him and we hear it latch shut. However, as he steps away, it opens back up on its own as though it wasn't shut all the way. A few shots later, the door is closed and we hear it open again as the "Buff Chucky" enters.
Hail, Mary! - S2-E3
Continuity mistake: In the morning, when Devon says "You're not actually buying this?! We're talking about a knife-wielding, murder-happy sociopath!", Lexy's arms go from crossed to uncrossed, then back to crossed between cuts.
Hail, Mary! - S2-E3
Continuity mistake: When the group is chucking Chucky in the morning after brainwashing him, when he says "I Like to Be Hugged," Nadine suddenly gets closer to the bed between cuts, and her arm is suddenly lying on it.
Hail, Mary! - S2-E3
Continuity mistake: When Nadine wakes up after they brainwashed Chucky, she's suddenly wiping her lips between cuts.
Hail, Mary! - S2-E3
Continuity mistake: When Lexy wakes up after they brainwashed Chucky, her arms change positions between cuts. The stuffed animal next to her also shifts a few inches between the same cut.
Hail, Mary! - S2-E3
Continuity mistake: When Nadine enters the room as they're about to start brainwashing Chucky, she grabs her backpack strap twice between cuts.
Hail, Mary! - S2-E3
Continuity mistake: When Trevor points out Lexy's pills and says "What's that?!", he's leaned over much more in the second shot.
Hail, Mary! - S2-E3
Continuity mistake: During the class at the beginning of the episode, when the nun says "really get into God's sorrow," the book in front of Jake goes from open to closed between cuts.
Hail, Mary! - S2-E3
Continuity mistake: During the class at the beginning of the episode, when the nun says "Western religious art", she moves several feet to the side between cuts.
Hail, Mary! - S2-E3
Other mistake: When Lexy is staring at her pill at the beginning of the episode while Chucky is interrogated, the low angle shot shows the pill bottle carries a "Made in Canada" marking. The show is set in the US, but filmed in Canada. It seems their props came from Canada as well. It makes no sense why a place in New Jersey would be using Canadian pill bottles.
Hail, Mary! - S2-E3
Continuity mistake: When Lexy mentions that "The Colonel" is the only contact in Chucky's phone, around when she says "Colonel Mustard? Colonel Sanders?" The phone goes from her right hand to her left between shots.
Continuity mistake: When the "butler" says "Holy shit, I got it, you're Ralphie from 'The Sopranos'!", Joe's mouth goes from being closed to open-mouth grinning between shots.
Continuity mistake: When Chucky stabs Liv Morgan to death and she falls over, the blood stains on her legs/stockings change between shots. Additionally, her left hand also changes position between the same cut.
Continuity mistake: When Sutton is pouring Glen the drink (the "Sutty Butty Butthole"), she stops pouring the liquor into the glass and starts to close it. It then cuts to a wideshot where Sutton and Glen are out of focus in the background, but you can see Sutton is suddenly pouring the liquor again and then closes it a second time.
Revealing mistake: When Nica goes up the ramp and into the truck, her dress is bunched up, revealing her legs are hidden inside (she's supposed to have had her legs chopped off). Additionally, you can see that a blur has been added over Nica's face to mask the fact it's a stunt-person doing it.
Revealing mistake: When Nica is escaping, there's a dramatic shot from behind where she comes from over the camera, lands, and zooms away. For a split second, you can see actress Fiona Dourif's hands covered in black gloves as she's spinning the wheels on the wheelchair. Nica's arms have been chopped off and replaced by prosthetic arms with hook hands but they shot the scene with Dourif wearing black gloves underneath. The camera happened to catch them in this one shot.
Continuity mistake: When Gina gets confused and says, "Who's Nica? Who's Nica?", her hands and Meg's hands are in different positions between cuts.
Continuity mistake: When Tiffany slaps Nica and returns her back to normal, Glenda grabs Nica's arm twice between cuts.
Continuity mistake: When Glen and Glenda enter Nica's room, Glen moves forward about 2 feet between cuts.
Answer: They were blamed for the death of Jake's foster brother, which was deemed a terrible accident, and they were sent to the reform school as a punishment. Presumably, when they had to leave the reform school given what happened, they were instead given community service as punishment.
