Doll on Doll - S2-E5
Continuity mistake: When Buff Chucky says, "This one is for Devon!", he's running his finger along the knife handle. When the camera cuts, suddenly his hand has lifted several inches above the knife.
Doll on Doll - S2-E5
Continuity mistake: When Buff Chucky is showing Good Chucky the knives at the start of the episode, when he says "Beautiful, aren't they?", his hand gets lower between cuts.
Continuity mistake: When Nica, Kyle, and Glenda are at the hotel, Nica asks if Kyle thinks Andy is still alive, to which Kyle replies "I know he is". Glenda goes from having their hands in front of them holding the coffee, to up by their face as though they just took a sip between cuts.
Continuity mistake: When Nadine falls onto the statue and dies, the blood spatter on the statue's face is somewhat different the second time we see it. Some areas have more blood, some areas have less.
Factual error: The fly Good Chucky kills bleeds red blood. Fly blood is usually clearish with a yellow and green tint. Not opaque red.
Continuity mistake: When Glenda points the gun at Kyle, their left hand goes from holding their right wrist to holding their right hand between cuts.
Revealing mistake: When Kyle puts her glasses and prosthetic ear back on, when she turns and looks at Nica, you can ever-so-slightly see the prosthetic ear sticking in her hair since it's just an effect and wouldn't actually go back into place like a real prosthetic. You see it on and off throughout the rest of the scene, and briefly at one point can even see that it's being pushed out by her real ear.
Other mistake: When Kyle takes off her prosthetic ear and shows it to Nica, you can see the side of her real ear out of focus behind the glasses and prosthetic in the second shot.
Continuity mistake: When Devon and Lexy bring Andy into the school, Father Bryce is talking to Sister Catherine about how he's not sure bringing someone he doesn't know into the church is a good idea. The direction Devon is facing changes between shots at one point.
Visible crew/equipment: When Father Bryce is locking the students in their rooms near the beginning, when he locks Trevor's friend's door, there's a close-up of the door handle. If you look closely, you can see the reflection of the camera with a black covering draped over it.
Continuity mistake: When Sister Ruth is cleaning Buff Chucky's feet at the start of the episode, she instantly goes from cleaning his left foot to his right foot as he says "You sure do".
Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the episode, when Andy demands to know where Chucky is, he grabs the chest area of Devon's shirt. When it cuts, he's suddenly holding his arm.
Continuity mistake: When Glen runs up and hugs Glenda near the end, Glen's arm goes over Glenda's shoulder between cuts.
Continuity mistake: When Father Bruce explodes, Nica gets covered in blood. In the final shot, we see his head fall to the ground, she's no longer covered in blood. The blood returns the next time we see her.
Continuity mistake: When Andy shoots up Chucky, Chucky lands on his knees facing away from Andy. But then he's facing Andy as Andy fires the rest of the bullets into him.
Revealing mistake: In the final shot of Father Bryce exploding, where we see his head falling back down, it seems to hit and bounce off something that isn't there. Likely it bounced off some sort-of rigging that was painted out digitally.
Revealing mistake: When Father Bryce explodes, the second shot looks incredibly unnatural. Much of the blood and pieces sort of vanish, and the lighting doesn't quite match, revealing it's some sort of added effect.
Continuity mistake: Towards the end of the exorcism, Chucks' arms are or are not being held down, depending on the shot.
Continuity mistake: When Chucky bites Father Bryce, as he stands up, the amount of vomit on his forehead changes.
Continuity mistake: When Chucky passes out during the exorcism, Father Bryce gets close to his face and starts whispering; the side Chucky's head is turned towards changes between cuts.
Answer: They were blamed for the death of Jake's foster brother, which was deemed a terrible accident, and they were sent to the reform school as a punishment. Presumably, when they had to leave the reform school given what happened, they were instead given community service as punishment.
