Other mistake: The first time we see Matsuyama ready for the penalty kick, the ball is noticeably too far back, not at all on the penalty spot. (00:11:55)
Factual error: Ken Wakashimazu, the reserve keeper, just announces a substitution, himself, from the crowd (not even the bench!), his presence unbeknownst to the coach and everyone else in attendance. For those not familiar with the rules of soccer (or ANY sport!), that's really not how it works in an official match. (00:13:30)
Factual error: Blatant rule breaking during the penalty kick; Matsuyama taps the ball bringing it forward instead of just kicking it; running forward with the ball from the penalty spot is not allowed. (00:15:30)
Continuity mistake: In the previous episode recap, as the announcer asks "Will he be able to play tomorrow?", Jun Misugi sports a shirt with the Musashi logo all across the chest instead of its proper size. (00:03:10)
Continuity mistake: When Misaki and Tsubasa start talking about the match for tomorrow, the team is placed in parallel rows. In the last shot they are in a circle. (00:03:50)
Other mistake: Slightly in the shadow in the crowd behind Sanae and the others, there's a blob-like creature with big lips, and a carbon copy of Manabu. (00:06:20)
Other mistake: Tsubasa and the others turn around to look at Misugi approached by his rabid fans. Amongst the other players, a kid sports the number 1 that belongs to the keeper. (00:08:20)
Revealing mistake: In the presentation of the teams for Musashi-Nankatsu, a crowd shot shows the same enthusiastic supporters who were cheering for Meiwa in the previous episode. (00:08:55)
Other mistake: Sanada passes the ball to Honma as per Misugi's instructions. Honma gets it and runs...in the opposite direction, towards his own goal! Somehow it is the right direction, though. (00:13:20)
Continuity mistake: For his assist to Sanada (with Misugi playing diversion), Honma gets a nice one-time tan. (00:14:10)
Continuity mistake: When Misugi pats on the shoulder Sanada that missed from close distance, the logo on both their shirts is smaller than the in the rest of the game. (00:14:35)
Character mistake: The characters keep referring to this match as Jun Misugi's last, hoping he'll win it, but Meiwa is an opponent just as fierce as Nankatsu, so even if Misugi beat Tsubasa, he would need to play still one more match. It's Misugi's last only if he loses (as in fact happens, but they can't know that).
Other mistake: After the lengthy recap of the previous episode, Misugi is facing Teppei Kisugi, but the football shrinks during their struggle, being at one point smaller than the 10-year old's foot. (00:03:20)
Audio problem: Morisaki goal kicks the ball shouting at his teammates with his mouth closed. (00:04:05)
Other mistake: When Misugi gets the pass from Kido, a Nankatsu player chases him by running sideways. (00:05:15)
Other mistake: When Misaki does a long pass for Tsubasa, Tsubasa is actually right by his side. (00:09:50)
Revealing mistake: When Tsubasa runs with the ball at the kickoff after Misugi scored, Misaki by him runs with a weird animation that is missing frames. Tsubasa is also quite literally flatfooted. (00:15:05)
Continuity mistake: Misugi manages to block the "Golden Combi" intercepting Misaki's pass to Tsubasa. His cheerleaders voice their appreciation; next to a girl that wears a "JUN" T-shirt, there's her friend with a striped red and white tee. Too bad that it's entirely different stripes than before, from being of the same size to very thick whites and thin reds. (00:18:25)
Continuity mistake: Stripes and bangs of one of Misugi's female supporters in the crowd change again like they did in the previous episode, this time to a third different pattern. In this very same episode they are shown in recycled shots from their first appearance (thin red stripes on the top), too. (00:04:45 - 00:07:40)
Other mistake: All of a sudden and with no explanation, in this episode the coach and the cheerleading team have things like whistles and megaphones that they never brought to matches before and didn't have when the match was underway in the previous episodes. (00:05:55)
