Revealing mistake: When Miss Fontaine is trying to contact Jaden, after she says "Please hurry", it cuts to a closer shot of her where she sighs. When this happens, she lifts the communication device up and down slightly. There is a small part of the device that is shadowed, but she moves slightly, the shadow suddenly vanishes. It doesn't fade away; it just blinks out of existence. (00:00:23)

Continuity mistake: When Miss Fontaine uses the effect of her monster to make Jaden lose life points equal to half Flame Wingman's attack points, in the shot of Jaden getting blasted, Jesse can be seen in the background "I got Blair, Jaden." Continuity mistake: When Hassleberry and the Obelisk Blue students are trying to close to doors to the gym while the Ghouls are approaching, Hassleberry attempts to help Syrus when he sees him. He is then stopped by an Obelisk Blue student who puts his left hand on the top of his shoulder. When the shot cuts, his right hand is suddenly placed on the side of his shoulder. (00:00:18)
