Visible crew/equipment: Mac is trying to convince Magnum of his scientific method to improve his results at the competition. When he says "You give me their strengths and weaknesses", say hello to the stick of a boom mike popping to the upper right corner of the frame, and that follows them and stays in view for about 8 seconds before it gets pulled up. Visible crew/equipment: Magnum gives chase to the person who escaped from the house with the dead body. The guy throws behind him an ironing board; when we get the following shot with the camera following Jay Hernandez, we can also spot the cameraman following Jay Hernandez, reflected in the mirror on the left side of the frame. Visible crew/equipment: After the death of the Baron, just before the cut to General Director Preysing asking "Where is Miss Flaemm?" the boom mike casts a clear shadow on Lionel Barrymore's chest.

Visible crew/equipment: When Palantine is walking through the crowd, several extra don't look at all where he is supposed to be, but at the camera, either staring directly at it breaking 4th wall when it's in De Niro's close-ups, or even more blatantly turning around (and away from the Senator) to look up where the camera crane is. Visible crew/equipment: Travis Bickle got all geared up to go kill the senator. There's an opening panning shot of Charles Palantine arriving at the location. As the relatively small scope of the meeting implies, but also as shown in the rest of the scene, there's no camera crew following Palantine, no big crane rig or anything. Yet you can easily spot people in this crowd who don't care about the Senator but look at the movie camera. One of the followers is particularly hilarious; on the left of the frame, he keeps waving his hand at the camera, tries to follow Palantine and direct the gesture at him, and then goes back to signaling the camera. Visible crew/equipment: Travis clears out because the policeman told him he can't park there and so he starts the car and drives. Everyone in the crowd looks (many turn around explicitly and ) as he passes by, in particular looking right where the camera car in front of the taxi is. The senator is supposed to talk in a different direction, where De Niro is looking. (01:12:55)

Visible crew/equipment: When Sydney taps the shoulder of the baddie who nearly disarmed Nigel, a strong light is cast on his face just before the cut. Nobody was supposed to point a flashlight or a torch at the fight. (00:38:15)

Visible crew/equipment: The diner flashback has possibly one of the worst handling of extras ever. The lady behind Crystal Fox keeps glancing at the camera and playing with her food in very unnatural fashion, but it's the guy with glasses behind Mehcad Brooks that truly shines; throughout the scene he drinks from an empty glass and, even more obvious, eats invisible food from his fork, usually throwing a glance right at the camera every time he does so, looking like he's about to crack into a laugh at the absurdity of it. It's such a bad performance that one really wonders if he was trolling Tyler Perry or something. (00:32:25)

Visible crew/equipment: An angry aspiring home buyer tosses a tomato inside the office of Fakrash and Ventimore, but the rancid veggie boomerangs on him when the genie summoning his powers reverses the flow of time causing the tomato to fly where it came from. Well, that's the idea, while in fact you can see a literal stagehand actually throwing the tomato in the actor's face. (01:17:55)

Visible crew/equipment: After 5's blood facial, the gang is driving fast through Florence's small streets. Look out for the moment when Dave Franco says "That's my problem, I'm just getting warmed up." He does a right turn, and we are shown a POV of the villains shooting. Mounted on the car, you can see an additional GoPro-like mini-camera. (00:08:20)

Visible crew/equipment: Binky and Turnip chase the protagonists after they cashed in. They crash into a toy stall, with the crash shown in a quasi-POV shot. To get that shot, a camera was mounted inside the car, obviously. The problem is, for the next 3 cuts, you can see that camera. (00:27:50)

Visible crew/equipment: The two protagonists cash in the win and are running from the goons who chase them. The car of the two baddies is parked outside. During the sequence when the car loses the second door, you can see reflected with great detail the camera crew and stage lights, right in the side of the car. (00:26:50)

Visible crew/equipment: When the camera moves in showing the dead short guy in drag killed in the toilet, on the toilet is the shadow of the moving camera. (00:29:24)

Visible crew/equipment: Amo just passed out in the back of the car. Vic opens the front door to sit in the passenger seat; in the window, the boom mike is reflected. (00:39:00)

Visible crew/equipment: When Rose is calling his brother who is working the burnt out ground of the village, in the long shot the man stands up straight as she approaches, while in the close-up, Robert Morley is still more hunched over. And really, the person in the long shot does not even look like Robert Morley, but a body double. (00:13:15)

Visible crew/equipment: Randomly, a big moving shadow is cast on the underside of the flight of stairs between Daxter's apartment and the (unseen) second floor when he is unlocking the door of his flat after meeting his landlady that warned him about gas. It does not match Jack Lemmon's motions. (01:37:10)

Visible crew/equipment: Look closely the bottom of the screen when Rose screams seeing the leeches on Charlie: some black piece of equipment (it's not a stain on film or lens) pops up slightly and hovers a little before going out of frame again. (01:17:50)
