Other mistake: In the 'Valiant Hero' ending to 'Completing the Mission', Charles is killed when the space station he is in explodes. Somehow, his headphones survive the explosion that the space station and Charles himself didn't (they are found on his grave at the end).

Suggested correction: Who's to say that the headphones on the grave wasn't a copy or a similar one of the one he was wearing? We never see anyone return to where the ship exploded, so we don't know anything, hence it can not be considered a mistake.

Audio problem: In 'Fleeing the Complex', there is an ending called 'Presumed Dead'. Towards the end of this route, Henry is told that he is the first person to have escaped The Wall. As he is told this however, the person speaking is not moving his mouth.
Suggested correction: Dimitri's mouth was deliberately concealed at that shot, due to him being too small on the screen at that time for the animators to consider adding details. Now, it wouldn't have looked as good if it weren't for his beard.
Then that's also a deliberate mistake.

Indiana Jones and The Last Crusade (1989)
Corrected entry: When Indiana and Henry is escaping the castle, Indiana sets off a motorboat to trick the Nazis that they're in it. The Nazis falls for the trick, but Indiana initiates escaping with the motorbike way too early, being spotted immediately, rendering the boat bait pointless. If only Indiana would had waited for the Nazis to get enough far away, the following bike chase could have been avoided. (01:02:40)
Correction: They were inside the closed box (which is open in the back I reckon) so he couldn't tell if they fell for it already. It was too early though and I think his dad agreed, seeing his unimpressed face when they are underway. It did delay them.
There is a slight chance that the Nazis halfway would've noticed that the Jones' aren't actually in that motorboat. But Indiana Jones could've waited at least for the Nazis to be in the middle of the river, which he'd know by the sound of their motorboat gradually decreasing.
If they would. Or some would get in whilst others walk around the dock and discover them. You'd be dead then. The point is they can't see what they are doing, so he has to make a decision. Either trust they'll take the bait or get out of there before you are discovered. I'd make that second choice too.
You are correct! All the Nazis that chased the Jones' down to the dock did fall for the trick, but the Jones' wouldn't have known that for sure since they were inside the motorcycle-box and couldn't see the Nazis. The Nazis could've also decided to split up and have some of them search through the dock, while the remainders chase the boat, only for them who stayed on dock find the Jones' and stop their escape plan. I may be repeating what you have said just to show you that I've understood your correction. My entry is incorrect. I have upvoted your correction.
If you ask me, this isn't Indiana wanting better chances, but the writers/director wanting a more exciting movie. The whole thing isn't terribly logical - who boxed a working motorcycle? Like you said originally, "the bike chase could have been avoided" - at the cost of a few perfectly good scenes.

Hotel Transylvania (2012)
Character mistake: When Dracula puts Johnny on a time-out, it is shown that Dracula has the ability of psychokinesis. Yet during the scene when Mavis visits the human village, when one of the dressed up zombies loses its head, Dracula jumps into the scene to physically put the head back to its body, further risking being spotted by Mavis, which he wanted to avoid. (00:16:15)
Suggested correction: Using this power would also be a risk of Mavis finding out because his magic has blue effects around which she would spot.
I doubt that, she was facing the opposite direction of the headless zombie the entire time, and the zombie didn't stand too close to her. However, I have realised that the magic does seem to make sound, and the headless zombie did stand close enough to Mavis for her to would have heard Dracula's magic if he were to have used it.
Even with the sound, I doubt she would have noticed when there are what looks like villagers approaching her with pitchforks and torches.

Space Jam (1996)
Character mistake: When Stan inflates himself, Michael asks, "How'd he do that?", implying that he doesn't know the rules of the Looney Tunes world. Since Michael was rolled into a ball by the aliens earlier in the film, this shouldn't be too much of a surprise.
Suggested correction: When Michael was rolled into a ball, he wasn't concerned with how that was possible and soon after he forgot about it. He was more concerned with dealing with the Monstars at the time and, in particular, helping his cartoon friends preparing for the game. When Michael witnessed Stan being flattened and inflated, it looked particularly strange and unfamiliar to him, unlike before as he couldn't watch himself experiencing being rolled into a ball. And that is what triggered his response about questioning how it was possible.

Despicable Me 2 (2013)
Plot hole: If the AVL was around during the events of the first film and aware of the moon heist then what was this organization doing while both Gru and Vector were doing their dastardly deeds?
Suggested correction: The AVL probably initiated an investigation regarding the moon's disappearance, but they wouldn't know where to look first. And it all happened very quickly, the moon was only returned to its original spot later on the same day, so they wouldn't need to continue with the case and could disregard it.

Star Wars: The Clone Wars (2008)
Corrected entry: Jar Jar finds Anakin and says, "Meesa so happy to see you." But in Attack of the Clones, when Jar Jar saw Obi-Wan and Anakin, he said, "Meesa so happy to see yousa."
Correction: How could something as simple as having variations in one's speech be a mistake? Especially considering the plot of the series occurring after the Attack of the Clones, in which Jar Jar surely could have gotten more used to speaking in a more formal manner, being among the senators.

The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge Out of Water (2015)
Plot hole: Plankton replaces the secret formula with another message in a bottle, but later, when Spongebob catches him, he is replacing the bottles again.
Suggested correction: No, he is not. It might appear like he's about to do it due to the way Plankton and the bottles are similarly positioned as in the shot mentioned before, but there is nothing that indicates that he was about to repeat the same action. He had only picked up the bottle with the secret formula that he had pushed off from the pressure plate, he was then surprised to be caught by Spongebob so he accidentally knocked over the bottle he replaced the secret formula with. Also, when he accidentally knocked over the bottle, he didn't place the bottle he was holding on to back on top of the pressure plate to disable the alarm since it would mean returning the bottle with the secret formula back to its original spot.
Also, when it shows it when it happens about a few days or so ago, he doesn't knock it over.

Ice Age (2002)
Plot hole: In the Ice Tunnel scene, Manny, Sid, and Diego come to a stop on the vertical block of ice. It breaks, and they slide through a 'field' of icicles sticking out of the ground. Their 'sled' is shaved down to nothing, indicating that the icicles are sharp. After going through the same tunnel as the baby, how did the baby make it through that field? (00:46:53)
Suggested correction: A possible reason for the sled slowing down is not due to the ice tunnel but the sheer several tons of weight the sled had on it while it was sliding through the tunnel.
Good point. Without the weight, the icicles would had slowed down the sled instead. And since the baby hardly weighs anything at all, it wouldn't have been able to slide through the field, it would've just collided with the front icicles and stayed there. But it still leads back to question of how the baby got through the field.
Not true, their "sled" is destroyed by the icicles.

Ice Age 2: The Meltdown (2006)
Plot hole: After Manny has agreed to go with Ellie, Crash and Eddie, he says "Ellie can be the mommy." He said Ellie's name, but she had never told him, nor could he have heard it when Eddie was talking to her. (00:22:45)
Suggested correction: Manny would definitely have been able to overhear Eddie calling out Ellie's name. As Ellie went to have a word with the possums, it's not like they went somewhere else, they just turned away. And Eddie wasn't precisely quiet.
Manny was also having a discussion with Sid and Diego so he wasn't paying attention to the conversation where Eddie said her name.
You don't necessarily have to be paying direct attention to a conversation to be able to pick out words.
I agree. Even if Manny wasn't paying attention, he still could've heard Eddie saying Ellie's name.

Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs (2009)
Plot hole: After the dinosaur kids wrecked the playground, Manny tells Sid, "Whatever they are, take them back" and someone says "What are they?" as well. Later, when Mummy Dinosaur appears, Ellie says, "I thought those guys were extinct!" and one minute later Manny says, "She's a dinosaur!" How could they possibly not see that the kids were dinosaurs if they already knew about dinosaurs in the first place?
Suggested correction: They weren't sure about the baby dinosaurs' species because dinosaurs were thought to be extinct. The mother dinosaur eventually showing up, with her more convincing dinosaur properties of being much larger and menacing-looking, convinces them otherwise.
