Corrected entry: In the first scene featuring Stromberg, he is onboard his submarine sitting at his dining table. In the background there is a fireplace against the wall with a lit fire in it. Having a fire burning in a submarine would not be a good idea as when the submarine is submersed there is only a limited oxygen supply and the fire would consume a lot of that valuable oxygen. Also, where are the fumes from the chimney venting to? Are the fumes supposed to vent outside the submarine whilst it is submerged, without seawater getting in and flooding the sub? The Cruciferous Vegetable Amplification - S4-E2
Corrected entry: Sheldon gets Leonard to read the roommate agreement, and it talks about robots. Sheldon is not a robot, he's using a Virtual presence device, therefore Leonard is under no obligation to follow the rules of the roommate agreement. (00:13:10)
Correction: Like the Relationship Agreement, the Roommate Agreement is designed to be entirely for Sheldon's benefit. There's almost certainly an Exception Clause that lets him stretch the definition or alter it however he wants. Leonard would know this and probably not consider it worth fighting about.

Mary Poppins (1964)
Corrected entry: The story says that Mary Poppins comes to help Mr. Banks fix his flaws as a father. Although during the song, "A Man Has Dreams", it's actually Bert who makes Mr. Banks realizes his flaws rather than Mary Poppins, and even in the story Mr. Banks says that Mary Poppins made everything worse for him, so actually Mary Poppins isn't the real hero in this story, it's Bert.
Correction: Bert just puts into perspective all the stuff that Mary did for him.

Red Dwarf (1988)
Corrected entry: When the meteor hits the ship, everyone is thrown about except for the skutter, who does not move at all. (00:04:10)
Correction: Skutters perform operations outside the ship as well. They probably have magnetized wheels or some sort of stabilizers to keep them from being knocked into space.

Doctor Who (1963)
Earthshock - S19-E6
Corrected entry: Although the Cybermen view a clip of the second Doctor - taken from "The Wheel in Space" - the Cybermen refer to it as if it is taken from "Tomb of the Cybermen, a completely different Doctor Who/Cybermen story. (00:37:45)
Correction: The Cyberleader says that this is the form of The Doctor that foiled them in "Tomb of the Cybermen." The main point being to show which Doctor, not the actual event. As long as it's the second Doctor, any footage they have will do.

From Russia With Love (1963)
Corrected entry: When Grant finally reveals who he works for to Bond, he tells him that part of Spectre's plan is to have Grant kill Bond and Tania, making it look like a murder-suicide and use the film as a motive for Bond killing her. Later Grant states that his orders are to kill him but its up to him as to how he does it, and tells Bond he will keep shooting him until he kisses Grant's foot. How would multiple bullet wounds look like a suicide?
Correction: Killing Bond in any way possible is the priority objective of Grant's mission. The murder-suicide is just a best case scenario.

Frasier (1993)
The Good Son - S1-E1
Corrected entry: In the scene when Frasier and Martin are deciding where Daphne will stay, Martin mentions the study across the hall from his bedroom. Daphne eventually does stay in the study, which becomes her bedroom. However, in later episodes, Martin's bedroom is near Frasier's down the hall with the coat rack and Daphne's is near the piano. There is no room across from Martin's.
Correction: He could have just moved rooms. When they have this discussion, Frasier says that he can't give up his study, so there may be another room down the hall to his room that he "can't give up" but does in later seasons.

Doctor Who (2005)
Corrected entry: Lumic is dying and wants to gain immortality though Cyber-conversion. So why does he insist on having the entire populace converted too? To control them? But he can already control everyone through the earpods! It makes no sense.
Correction: Like many villains, he thinks he knows what's best for humanity better than they do. He believes that cyber-conversion is what the human race needs, even if they don't know it and resist the change.

Captain America: The First Avenger (2011)
Corrected entry: It is explained that Captain Americas shield is made of Vibranium, and absorbs any impact and neutralises vibration as is demonstrated when Peggy shoots bullets into the shield. However, throughout the rest of the movie, Captain America throws the shield at his opponents or simply hits them with enough force to knock them out. This cannot be true, if the Vibranium absorbs the impact and vibration, then the damage inflicted on his opponents should be minimal if anything at all. Please note that Captain America hits people with both the edge of the shield and the face of it.
Correction: Vibranium absorbs impact and kinetic energy directed AT it. When it impacts another object, it releases the energy. It can also store energy that it absorbs and release it upon impact, adding to the damage Captain America does when he throws it at something.

Ghostbusters 2 (1989)
Corrected entry: When the Ectomobile, on the way to the birthday party, is driving down the road, you can see that it has the NY plate with the Statue of Liberty on it, which is correct for 1989, but it should have still had the orange plate such would be correct for 1984, when the Cadillac would have been registered.
Correction: License plates can fall off over the years, requiring replacements. Especially when one drives around as quickly as Ray.

A Very Glee Christmas - S2-E10
Corrected entry: In "A Very Glee Christmas," Artie receives a ReWalk. Over the following seasons he is never seen using it. If this was the only way he could possibly walk, why doesn't he use it?
Correction: It's mentioned later that it broke shortly thereafter.

Doctor Who (2005)
Corrected entry: When the Doctor, Amy and Rory first arrive at the Minotaur prison ship, the Doctor picks up an apple and eats it without complaining, but in "The Eleventh Hour" the Doctor said he hated apples.
Correction: His tastebuds were new and adjusting from his regeneration. He could have tried them again and learned to like them.

Hot Tub Time Machine (2010)
Corrected entry: After being transported to the 1980s, the guys have possession of things which they did not take into the hot tub with them. Nick has his cell phone, Jacob has his snowboard, Lou has his backpack, and they are all wearing clothing that they brought with them when they go skiing.
Correction: This isn't a mistake, it's a plot point. They need the Russian energy drink to get back to the present.
I feel this is more of an excuse than a correction.

The Big Bang Theory (2007)
The Staircase Implementation - S3-E22
Corrected entry: When Sheldon tells Leonard about the time travel clause, he states "in precisely five seconds." Anybody who knows anything about time travel know that you need a definitive point in time, so without having that exact date and time written down somewhere, there's no way a future version of them could arrive at that unspecified time. Sheldon's too anal to ignore something like that.
Correction: The precise time would be slightly before the signing of the Roommate Agreement, which is about to happen, so it's a markable point in their histories/future histories.

South Park (1997)
The Death of Eric Cartman - S9-E6
Corrected entry: When Cartman is walking the streets thinking he's died, it's a school day since you see him visit the school swarming with pupils and he is seen waiting with the other boys at the bus stop. But if it's a school day, what's Butters doing at home? And if it's because he's sick, why is he outside shovelling the snow off the driveway?
Correction: Cartman sees Butters on an obviously different day. He leaves the school playground, crying, and eventually crosses a bridge during sunset. When he walks past a house, the sky is dark and stars are visible. In the scene with Butters, it is daytime again. This new day could be a weekend, holiday, or a day that the students have off for some reason (i.e. teacher meetings).
Correction: Butters' parents are constantly grounding him for one reason or another. They may have grounded him from school and had him do chores around the house instead.
It's actually a different day when Cartman talks to Butters. There were moments with a sunset and a starry night sky, then Butters is shoveling snow in the daytime.

South Park (1997)
The Death of Eric Cartman - S9-E6
Corrected entry: At the end when Cartman finds out he's not really dead (everyone was just ignoring him), he storms over to Butters and accuses him of lying to him by telling him he'd died. But earlier on, when Cartman and Butters meet, Cartman's the one who told Butters he had died.
Correction: Cartman is a sociopath and can't ever admit fault: Butters didn't tell him he wasn't dead, therefore, it's all his fault.

The Big Bang Theory (2007)
The Excelsior Acquisition - S3-E16
Corrected entry: Penny got a red light camera ticket while Sheldon was driving her car. She says she gave up Sheldon as the driver to the court because she didn't want to get any more points on her license. You don't get points on your license for a camera issued violation. The registered owner just gets a straight fine. A police officer has to issue a ticket at the scene to get license points.
Correction: Penny is not a legal expert. She might not be aware of this technicality and is still afraid of gaining points.

Buffy The Vampire Slayer (1997)
Corrected entry: In the scene where the Mayor and Mr. Trick are reviewing security footage of Buffy and Faith entering Allan's office, Mr. Trick can be seen in the footage. As Mr. Trick is a vampire, this should not be possible, as a vampire's image can't be captured.
Correction: Vampires have no reflection, however, they can show up on film. ("They can be photographed, just not very well" according to Wesley Windham-Price.)

Glee (2009)
Corrected entry: In "Hello", when Sue takes a picture of herself with Figgins in his bed, look very closely and you'll see that the camera only takes a picture of Figgin's right side and some of Sue's stomach. In reality, this photo would be no good as blackmail, as neither of their faces are even in the photo.
Correction: Figgins isn't seeing it from our angle, he's just woken up drugged and naked in a bed with a woman who snapped a picture of the two of them and not likely to ask if it's a good picture or not. As long as he thinks it is, it's good blackmail material.

Glee (2009)
Corrected entry: Rachel Berry is supposedly a Vegan, yet during one of the bowling scenes in "The Rhodes Not Taken", she and Finn are seen sharing a pepperoni pizza.
Correction: She's also on a date with a boy that she's attracted to, lots of people set aside principles in such situations.
She does the same in "Thanksgiving" (4x08), when she tells Brody that she is a vegetarian and precedes to prep it with him, once again proving your point.

Correction: This is Stromberg's submersible fortress, and Bond villains are fond of ostentatious displays of wealth. His fortress having a large enough oxygen supply and adequate filtration system to have a fireplace would certainly be part of that display.
