Continuity mistake: At the end, as Schultz and Hogan come out of the office, there is a blank wall, like a kind of foyer. Any shots of the front door from the inside show the door opens directly into the outer office of the secretary.
Continuity mistake: As Klink is listening to Burkhalter, his right hand is on the desk. A second later, it's at the top of his chest with his left, holding a pencil.
Continuity mistake: As Schultz is addressing the formation after taking command, his swagger stick switches from his right hand to under his left arm after the camera angle changes. Also, a minute later, Carter goes from being beside Newkirk to being in front of him and back again in a few seconds.
Continuity mistake: Hogan and Klink are asking Schindler/Brewster about a diversion at the airfield. Brewster has both hands on the coffee cup until the angle change, when his left hand is suddenly out of his pocket.
Continuity mistake: After Newkirk photographs the blueprints, he loosely rolls them up and goes to hand them to Carter. A second later, they are tightly rolled with a rubber band around them.
Continuity mistake: When Hogan drinks Klink's wine, he picks up the glass with his right hand and his left arm is behind him. A second later, Hogan's left hand is in front of his chest.
Continuity mistake: Hogan's arms change position when holding the dog. First, his left is under the dog, and after the angle change, his right is under the dog.
Continuity mistake: As Schultz is going to get checked out, Hogan and the boys stop him, and Hogan feels Schultz's neck. Schultz's arms are by his sides, then after the angle change, they're by his hips. Also, there's two men walking behind the group that weren't there a second before.
Continuity mistake: Klink was sitting in his chair as Hogan is guessing his age. Klink's hands are clasped in front of him, and a second later, his right hand is on his hip.

Continuity mistake: As Klink comes out to see the Officer's club, you can see Hogan is on the ground, and Kinchloe is on the boat by the shade. After a quick close up on Hogan, Hogan's suddenly on board, and Kinch has disappeared in a second.

Continuity mistake: In Klink's quarters, Schultz stops Hogan from disturbing Klink. When he does, Schultz's arm is across his chest. When the angle changes, his arm is at his side.
Continuity mistake: At the airfield, Carter and Newkirk go to move, Carter steps left, and falls into the water. Newkirk takes a step, and leaps into the water, losing his hat, and trying to make it look like Carter pulled him, but you can see him looking to the way he falls. When the camera angle changes, Carter is splashing about, and Newkirk walks up to him from the left without having gotten out from where he fell. And his hat is on, despite losing it from jumping in.
Continuity mistake: When Hogan is listening to Kinch, his overcoat is open. When camera cuts from him to Newkirk and Kinch and then back, Hogan's overcoat is shut.
