Continuity mistake: After Radar calls assembly, Potter starts to address the personnel. Accounting for Hawkeye, BJ, and Margaret in Surgery, there are only thirty-three people there. In the episode "Dear Ma" (S4: Ep 17), Radar wrote that there were almost two hundred people there.

Trivia: Toward the end, as you hear clips from the characters, they show a chopper landing at an Aid Station. If you look closely, you can see the shot is re-used from the opening of the earlier episode "Smilin' Jack".

Continuity mistake: The "KILROY" Hawkeye writes on the window as BJ looks out was in the center with his fingertip. Later, as Hawkeye looks out, the "KILROY" is now closer to the frame, and the lettering is different, a small capital A in front of it, and lines above and below it.
