Corrected entry: When Major and Batou go to feed the dogs, in the shot where the dogs run up to Batou he refers to a blood hound running up to him as Gabriel "hey Gabriel!" he says, then he starts feeding him. In the very next shot however the bloodhound is nowhere to be seen amongst the dogs. (00:20:15)

Spider-Man: Homecoming (2017)
Corrected entry: When Spiderman is trapped in the back of the cargo truck he starts open up boxes. If you look closely he pulls out a terminator head.

Alien: Covenant (2017)
Corrected entry: David cuts his long blonde hair. When we see him next his hair is the exact same colour as Walter's, with no time to colour it.
Correction: His hair hasn't changed colour. It's just the dim lighting that makes it look like a different colour.

Gotham (2014)
Strike Force - S2-E4
Corrected entry: When Nathaniel Barnes, the new captain of the GCPD, makes his speech, he says, "An escaped convict just strolls in here, into our house. Our house. And murders your commissioner and nine of your fellow comrades." It was Captain Essen who was killed and not the commissioner. (00:03:40)
Correction: Sarah Essen was appointed Commissioner of the GCPD after Loeb quit in the 1st episode of season 2, "Damned If You Do...". This was ultimately short-lived when she was killed by Jerome Valeska in episode 2, "Knock, Knock".

Saw III (2006)
Revealing mistake: When Kerry is in the Angel trap there is a close up of her about to put her hand in the acid for the first time before it changes to a spinning shot. In the close up, watch very closely and you will see her fingertips enter the acid but she doesn't get burned or scream in pain. (00:15:40)

Psycho III (1986)
Corrected entry: The sheriff opens the ice machine and grabs a handful of bloody ice. Everyone is sitting around talking. You can plainly see the blood from the ice on his hand and mouth yet no one says a word about it.
Correction: We, the viewer, can see the blood, because we know it's there. None of the other characters do, so they don't see it.
You can plainly see the bloody ice and everyone is looking at the sheriff as he's talking! Your correction says only the viewer of the movie can see the blood. Yeah that makes sense. It was even on his fingers.

Grimm (2011)
Clear and Wesen Danger - S5-E2
Corrected entry: When Adalind gets worried about what her son will become she asks if he might be "A Hexengrimm or Gimmabiest." Since he is male the correct reference would have been a Zaubergrimm. (00:32:40)
Correction: They weren't being serious with the names, plus since they don't know the true name this shouldn't be considered a mistake.

Fantasia (1940)
Other mistake: In the intro to the Pastoral Symphony, the narrator identifies the deity who cloaks the world with Night to be Morpheus, who is the Greek god of sleep and dreams. However, the character in the animation is fairly obviously female, with long hair, eye shadow, and lipstick. My theory is that the character was intended by the art team to be Nyx, the Greek goddess of Night. Night would be a more likely candidate to be making it nighttime across the world, while Morpheus would be more likely to put people to sleep or send them dreams.
Suggested correction: Without further evidence/proof, this theory remains just that. A theory.

Be Careful What You Witch For - S2-E22

Raiders of the Lost Ark (1981)
Corrected entry: After Indy climbs out of the pit after being double crossed by the guide, he comes upon the guy impaled on the same trap that Forrestal's body was on when they entered. However, the already sprung trap with the body wasn't visible anywhere.
Correction: This trap could have easily been triggered by something that they missed on the way in but didn't on the way out.

Batman: Arkham Knight
Corrected entry: While doing the side mission The Perfect Crime, Batman comes across the body of Robert Kincaid. When scanning Robert's left foot, Batman says that some toes are missing due to being amputated because of frostbite. But if you look at Robert's left foot before scanning, you can see he has all five toes on his foot.
Correction: The toes are in fact missing. In Detective Mode, the victim's foot registers as blue and the toes register as yellow. The Detective Mode is showing where the toes would be.
You need to zoom in on his foot *before* entering Detective Mode. Doing this before going into Detective Mode will show he has all of his toes. If his toes were amputated, then zooming in before using Detective Mode should have showed some of his toes missing. Using Detective Mode while scanning his feet is irrelevant.
I agree. As a matter of fact, play the game and when you find Robert's body, zoom in on his feet without using Detective Mode and you can see he still has all ten toes. Since he is shown with all ten toes, it makes no sense for Batman to say that some of his toes are missing since he still has all of them.

Pretty Little Liars (2010)
Corrected entry: When Aria answers Mike's phone, you can see that the phone is being held upside down.
Correction: Watch this scene again and you'll notice that the phone's camera lens can be seen at the top left of the back of the phone, and the phone's front button can be seen at the bottom. Therefore Aria is not holding it upside down.

Guardians of the Galaxy (2014)
Corrected entry: Drax is supposed to be a completely literal character. It is explicitly mentioned and played for laughs several times, he also tried to make a metaphor supposedly for the first time and it is called out. However, he speaks metaphorically twice: once when he refers to his enemies as "paper people" and when he refers to Gamora as a whore. The people he is fighting are not actually made of paper, and I doubt he believes Gamora is accepting money for sexual favors.
Correction: Using the word "like" or "as" would make something a simile, not a metaphor. For it to be a metaphor, Drax would have said something like "Their skin was paper." You know their skin isn't actually paper. And as for the Gamora/whore comment, I honestly don't know. Maybe Drax literally sees her as a whore and it wasn't a metaphor for anything at all? xD.
The reason why Drax refers to Gamora as a whore, is that the prisoners were calling her a "green whore" when she first entered the prison yard earlier in the film. Drax, being the kind of person that he is, does not realise that they were using it as an insult, but mistakenly believes that is what she actually is.

Wallace & Gromit: The Wrong Trousers (1993)

What's Eating Dexter Morgan? - S8-E3
Corrected entry: Deb's boss hands her a water bottle infused with some nutrients to counteract her hangover which she is shaking in her right hand when Dexter comes into the room. When Deb gets up to leave with Dexter, she no longer has the water bottle, nor is it on her boss' desk. It has disappeared.
