Factual error: When the sniper shoots through Bullseye's hands he holds them up and there is smoke coming from them. Bullet holes don't smoke (unless you get shot with a tracer round and traces of phosphorus are still burning, but that is not the case here). (01:25:35)

Factual error: When Lara hops on the boat and asks if she can use their satellite dish they continue to watch TV even after she has moved the dish. Anyone with satellite knows how exact the aiming has to be and if the dish gets moved or bumped you get zilch for TV.

Continuity mistake: In the freeway chase scene watch the boat's engine compartment cover. When the Mack truck knocks it off its trailer the lid comes off but then the boat gets hit by the car and turns perpendicular to the road and you see it come off again. (00:36:25)

Factual error: When the guys pop out of the tunnel and start shooting at the guards it shows bullets going into the pool making big splashes. At the angle they were shooting from the bullets would barely skim the water making very little splash if they even went into the pool at all. If these were true ex-Deltas they would most likely have a little better aim than just spewing a line of bullets until they hit someone. (02:07:40)

Revealing mistake: When Jessica is riding in the principal's car they pass a gas station where there is a white late 90's/2000ish van. This film is set in the 80's.

Continuity mistake: When Jessica and the principal are in his car watch the driver's side mirror. When Lloyd and Harry are following them you see a side view of the car and it has a regular teardrop mirror. After Lloyd and Harry get ice cream the principal is telling Jessica no one will be looking for her and the side view mirror has gone to a big square truck mirror like welded to the door.

Continuity mistake: When John is trying to lift Roy out of the water it seems to take a full rotation of the turnstile to raise him up a foot above the water, but when John is fighting with the guard he moves the turnstile back and forth about 2-3 feet each way and you see Roy dipping in the water and raising out about a foot above the water then back in and out of the water.

Continuity mistake: When Electra is kneeling next to her father's body he's lying on a bunch of papers from the "New York Post" truck, but they look like regular paper, not newspaper type paper. (01:03:26)

Factual error: Does anyone else find it odd that there were not only one but three window washer baskets hanging on the side of the building? How did the window washers get out of the baskets halfway up/down the building side, jump? Baskets are never left hanging on the building side because 1) it is unsightly and 2) it presents a potential for damage to the basket/building if a high wind or something comes along. They are stored on the roof top where they are secure. They are controlled from the roof or the basket to keep vandals/thieves from gaining access to the baskets.
