Trivia: At one point, Robin makes a reference to John Ashcroft "[losing] to a dead man." This is actually true - the "dead man" was Missouri governor Mel Carnahan. Carnahan was running for Senate, but died in a plane crash three weeks before the election. It was too late to remove his name from the ballot, but the voters elected Carnahan, anyway. His term was served by his widow, Jean.

Lucas also reportedly provides the sound of General Grievous' coughing.
