Continuity mistake: When the butler (Chris Elliot) goes to bring the potatoes from the cart to the table, you can see on the left side of his face he has a small piece of potatoes there. When he goes to eat the potatoes from his hand it's gone. (00:22:45)

Continuity mistake: When Megan is in bed (not the vomit scene), her hands are tied. But when Father Harris begins to pray "Holy Lord. Almighty Father", it's quite obvious that Megan's hands are untied. When it cuts her hands are tied again. Her hand is also suddenly untied when she says "Your mother sucks # in Hell". (00:05:35)

Continuity mistake: When Cindy sits on top of Oldman there is no shadow across her face. When it cuts to her saying "I think she's starting to suspect something" a large shadow has appeared. (00:37:55)

Continuity mistake: When Father McFeely arrives at the Hell House in the cab, the cab parks right next to a light pole. Between shots the position of the cab in front on the light pole noticeably moves. (00:01:55)

Continuity mistake: During the scene where Cindy is talking to Buddy in the college hallway, her backpack straps alternate between shots. In some shots she has both straps up, and in others one strap is up and one strap is down. (00:13:00)
