Continuity mistake: When the Penguin is first talking to Max, about him helping him emerge from the sewers, he spits as he speaks, and black spit covers his chin. The spit disappears when he begins to show Max the toxic waste, then reappears and vanishes again. (00:20:00)

Visible crew/equipment: After the scene where Selina shocks the clown henchman with the taser, it cuts to the Mayor thanking Batman. As they walk down off of the walkway and continue down the road, if you look on the floor behind Batman you can see black camera tracks on the floor of the raised, bridge walkway. (00:16:15)

Continuity mistake: When Selina returns home from work she takes milk out of the fridge and pours her cat some, leaving the carton on the worktop. She then runs to work, and when she returns after being changed to 'catwoman', the milk has vanished from the worktop. The dishes also move and plant pots appear on the window sill. Continuity mistake: When the camera pans to an overhead shot of Lizzie lying on her bed, sulking about not being able to go to the party, look at the books opened on her bed. In the close up of her, when her Dad knocks at her door, the pages that the books were open at have now changed, as well as the books positions, and the way Lizzie has her arms folded as well. Continuity mistake: When Mrs. McGuire walks over to check the calendar to see if the day of Lizzie's party is free, there is a green highlighter hanging under the picture of their Grandmother. Yet in the close up of the picture, the highlighter is missing, then back again. Also, the sheets surrounding the photo move positions. (00:07:15)

Continuity mistake: When Mrs. McGuire is on the phone talking about lying, Lizzie begins to argue that if she can lie, why can't she. In one shot Mrs. McGuire puts the phone down to her shoulder to cover the earpiece but in the next shot (from behind) she has the phone back up to her ear again. (00:12:55)

Continuity mistake: When Lizzie is at her locker, she is looking at the wishbead necklace that she and Miranda had made. The necklace is hanging from a peg inside the locker. She then spots Miranda with Kate and then closes the locker door, only now the necklace is missing from the peg. (00:15:50)

Continuity mistake: During the scene in the kitchen when Lizzie is talking about the pool party and discovers it's her grandmothers birthday, throughout the whole scene, her necklace continually disappears and reappears between shots. (00:05:30)

Continuity mistake: When Lizzie enters Gordo's bedroom, her turquoise earrings that match her outfit are missing. Then they are back on suddenly, as Gordo begins to talk to her about his new hobby in world war planes. Then halfway during their conversation, her earrings vanish again. (00:09:55)
