Corrected entry: When Chihiro and her parents discover the passageway, it is a solid plaster entrance, painted red. However at the end of the film, when they return to the car, the passageway is made out of grey stone. (00:02:55 - 01:55:10)

Corrected entry: When Tommy is looking under the hood of the broken down car, it shows someone approaching and you see that they are wearing grey trousers. The person ends up being Rob, but Rob wears black trousers. (00:30:20)

I Still Know What You Did Last Summer (1998)
Corrected entry: When Tyrell gets hooked in the neck, the blood coming from his neck is obviously CG. It disappears into thin air, and none of it stains his tee-shirt or skin. (01:14:45)
Correction: If you watch in slow motion you can see globs of blood dropping, but moving outward since he is flailing around. His movement along with the hooks prevent it from just flowing straight down, but it did not just disappear.

The 40 Year Old Virgin (2005)
Corrected entry: When Andy and Trish are on a date at the chinese restaurant, Andy starts to drink his Budda Punch, yet in the next shot, as the man askes the waitresses to sing happy birthday to his daughter, we can see the Budda Punch glass is suddenly back down on the table. (01:08:50)
Correction: There's a good 5 second cut between when we see Andy with the Buddha cup to when it cuts back to him after showing them beginning to sing. He had plenty of time to put it down.

Friday the 13th Part VIII: Jason Takes Manhattan (1989)
Corrected entry: When Susie hears a noise, Jim investigates wearing jeans and no shirt. When he returns, he is wearing a top. And then in the next shot, he is shown getting into bed wearing only underwear. (00:07:00)
Correction: Just because they don't show him putting a shirt on doesn't mean he didn't. Also maybe the director didn't want to film him taking off his pants before getting back in bed.

Thirteen Ghosts (2001)
Corrected entry: When Kalina is climbing through the hole, she gets the flare off of Arthur. However when The Hammer escapes and bounds down the hallway toward Arthur, Arthur is suddenly holding a new lit flare. (00:56:05)
Correction: Actually they had 2 flares to begin with. He handed her one and still had the other one when the Hammer attacked him.

Matilda (1996)
Corrected entry: When Matilda is talking whilst her mum is on the phone, when Zinnia (Rhea Perlman) says "Can't you see I'm in the middle of an important phonecall?" Matilda (Mara Wilson) mouths her line. (00:31:55)
Correction: She is probably used to hearing her mother say this so she is just mocking her.

The Howling (1981)
Corrected entry: After Karen finds Terry's corpse, she goes to the desk and tries the phone. She then walks back over, and now Eddie is under the sheet. How could he have removed Terry's body, and got under there, firstly in such a short time, and secondly, with Karen hearing any noise whatsoever? (01:03:20 - 01:04:10)
Correction: Werewolves are supernatural beings with some supernatural skills. One of them seems to be an ability to sneak up on a person unnoticed and making no sound whatsoever, as proven by many similar incidents throughout the film. Besides, in this particular scene, Karen is distracted by strange loud noises and has turned her back just long enough for Eddie to act.

Corrected entry: As Miss Irvine sits alone in her room, drinking tea and eating cake, she says "Didn't want to be one of them anyway," but her mouth doesn't move at all.

Corrected entry: When Charlie is talking to Bella at her truck about her going back to Jacksonville, the large wisps of hair on Bella's left ear keep changing position and alternate from not / blowing in the wind.
Correction: Wind doesn't constantly blow, it usually has gusts and moments where it does not seem to blow at all.

The Haunting (1999)
Corrected entry: When Nell arrives at Hill House and converses with Mr. Dudley through the gates, the oval plate in the centre of the gates had spikes all around it, facing outwards away from the house only. Later when Luke crashes the gate, an oval plate falls with spikes on - spikes which are now facing in toward the house.
Correction: When the car rams into the gate, we see the oval fall off yet we see another oval facing the opposite direction, one oval pointing towards the house, the other pointing away from the house.

Return to Oz (1985)
Corrected entry: When Dorothy and Aunt Em are making their way to the doctor's on the horse and buggy, they pass a General Store which is sporting a very modern American flag on the side of the building.
Correction: If you look closely at the flag, you will see it has less than 50 stars, as the pattern is different than today's.

Twilight (2008)
Corrected entry: In the scene when we see Bella leaning on the hood of her car waiting for Edward to show up so that she can confront him, we see Jasper and Rosalie pull up in their cars. Between the wide shot and the closeup you can see that Rosalie opens the door of her red car twice. (00:13:20)
Correction: Actually it looks as if she just opens the door, but doesn't push it open, and then in the next shoot she opens it all the way.

The Birdcage (1996)
Corrected entry: During the dinner scene at Armand's home, Armand and Val go into the kitchen. In one shot Armand is holding the pot of soup with a pad. In the next shot, he picks up the pot without a pot holder.
Correction: I've watched this scene several times -- Armand always has the potholder on his left hand, at all times. Even after he slips and falls out of view and then gets up, before yelling at Agador.

The Birdcage (1996)
Corrected entry: As Albert is looking through Val's memory album, the page he is looking at is inconsistent, evident by the changing photos / awards / papers etc.
Correction: He's looking THROUGH the album, hence the changing photos / awards / papers etc.

The Birdcage (1996)
Corrected entry: When Armand and Val are speaking about 'toning it down,' Armand gains three huge sweat marks on his chest between shots, which then change size and shape.
Correction: Armand began sweating in the rehearsal scene just prior to the one you're referencing and the stains are very consistent. In fact, they become darker as time goes on. As he moves about the room, the bright sunlight in the apartment makes the stains appear less noticeable but they are consistently present through two scenes.

Correction: This is not a mistake. It is a plot device. The passageway is not made of plaster when it is not magically active. It also normally doesn't lead into the Spirit World. Only when it is active. - Jacob.
