Other mistake: At the beginning of the movie, we learn that the precogs "do not see what you intend to do, only what you will do" and that they cannot see suicides. At the end, Burgess intends to kill Anderton but does not go through with it; he commits suicide instead. Given these two facts, the precogs should not have seen Burgess' confrontation with Anderton at the end, and a red ball should not have been created.

Minority Report (2002)
Suggested correction: Burgess intention was in fact to kill Anderton, but the knowledge of the precogs predicting his murder attempt, the conflict inside his conscious, and the sound of the arriving helicopters made him change his mind at the last second, just like Anderton did in the apartment. The point is they have a choice, and having knowledge of that, only that, changes the future and makes it different from the visions.

Justice League: The Flashpoint Paradox (2013)
Other mistake: The television news report about the battle between Captain Boomerang and Citizen Cold has a message scrolling across the bottom. The problem is that the words are moving from left to right, which forces the viewer to read the message backwards. (00:12:40)

Sliders (1995)
Other mistake: Quinn is watching the video of the basketball returning from the vortex. The video shows him catching the basketball, then we see a shot of Quinn pressing the fast-forward button until he shows the basketball to the camera and says "and the crowd goes crazy!" The problem is that even though he pressed only the fast-forward button, the video fast-forwards from a point before the basketball came out of the vortex, which is impossible since Quinn never rewound the tape.

Sliders (1995)
Other mistake: Quinn's alarm clock turns on, then about 8 seconds later we see the time change from 7:59 to 8:00. All clock radios turn on when the time changes, or possibly fade in slowly a few minutes before the alarm time, not a few seconds before.

Rocky Balboa (2006)
Other mistake: Jim Lampley reacts to a knockdown by saying "That could be the end of the fight right there," then quickly adds "but no!" when he sees that Rocky is getting up. The problem is, we hear the "but no!" just before we see any sign that Rocky is going to get up.

Minority Report (2002)
Other mistake: Leo Crow grabs Anderton's gun and they each fight for control of it. Crow succeeds in forcing Anderton's hand to pull the trigger, killing Crow. The problem is, right after the gun is fired, we see a shot of Anderton with his arm fully extended and with his entire hand holding the entire gun, as if he had aimed and fired the gun himself. Such a sequence of events is at least totally illogical if not physically impossible. (01:44:10)

Sliders (1995)
Other mistake: The Sliders discover the reverse-time issue when they notice that the clock on the wall is backward. However, in other shots, clocks look normal. Look carefully at the clocks on the judge's desk as the camera pans by.

Bruce Almighty (2003)
Other mistake: When Bruce is answering the prayers individually, he's just typing "YES" to each one, but his fingers are hitting a bunch of different keys, as though typing many different words.

Miracle (2004)
Other mistake: The slow-motion face-off to start the third period is a neat effect, except for one problem: watch Mikhailov's stick - he hardly moves it. No hockey player can win a face-off without trying.

Miracle (2004)
Other mistake: What are the odds that a small arena in Norway would use the exact same scoreboard as the arena in Lake Placid?

Miracle (2004)
Other mistake: Just before the second period against the USSR, we see a couple of shots of the benched Soviet starting goaltender Vladislav Tretiak. His hair is dry and combed, and there is no sign of perspiration, despite having just played the whole first period. After the game is over, we see a shot of the Soviet players watching the Americans celebrate. This time Tretiak's hair is wet and his face is sweaty. Shouldn't it be the other way around (i.e., hair is wet after playing one period, then dry after sitting on the bench for two periods)?
