Character mistake: In KOF, during the first meeting with the Womens' team, Yuri Sakazaki says that Kyokugenryu is undefeated, but even if the protagonist himself did not meet the team, they were part of KOF94 and they lost.
Other mistake: At the beginning of the stage ending with the Women's team boss fight in KOF95, the protagonist says "I'm starting no matter how many times we beat them", missing presumably the words "to think." After beating up the goons, before the fight against King, the protagonist misses out on more words when they say "Yuri waved her at us", the safest assumption being that it was meant to be the "hand."
Character mistake: Before the boss fight of chapter 6 in the KOF95 saga, Noah says "Next is the three Kyokugenryu users. Don't let your guard." Down, of course, is missing. Incidentally, the banner in the background has a letter H drawn quite poorly, so it looks like it says "Dunk CMANPIONSHIP."
Factual error: The text crawl in Chapter 7 of KOF95 mentions "a crimson man and his blue flames." Iori Yagami's flames are purple.
Other mistake: The text crawl in chapter 4 of KOF 95, after describing the "golden fur" of the Bogard brothers swaying in the wind, announces that "the tournament bell begin to toll" instead of begins.
Character mistake: In KOF 95 section with the protagonist headed towards the Korean team, during the battle with the martial artist the protagonist utters the nonsensical mistranslation; "What's squid sashimi was."
Character mistake: In KOF95, Chapter 3, scenario "Their older sister", the protagonist's box of text says, in reaction to Noah gloating over the supposed cowardice of the "Man with a black mask"; "They're not the eyes of a man who realised concedes defeat."
Other mistake: When the protagonist defeats Mature ("Rugal's secretary") in the text description, there's a description; "Noah stated with an air of pride", etc. The text starts with a parenthesis that never closes.
Character mistake: In KOF 95 1-1, the "man with a staff" speaks to the "man covering his face" and Iori, answering the question "I was called here...but by who?" with a rather questionable "I am called you, Kisaragi."
Plot hole: In the prologue of King of Fighters 95, Iori Yagami acts surprised by the presence of Kyo Kusanagi and vows to participate to the tournament, in fact the rest of the intro is about how he gets roped into the tournament by surprise thanks to Geese's manipulations. But as he delivers those first lines, behind him there's a giant poster supposedly celebrating the past edition, with Iori himself - who was not even in tournament - fighting against Kyo.
Continuity mistake: In the finale of the KOF94 section, Rugal Bernstein's cybernetic eye switches from right to left between cinematic drawn cutscene and in-world ones.
Character mistake: In KOF 94, Noah mentions before facing the female team that they have many supporters and that it will be like playing an away game, with the crowd in the stadium. The day of the match though, the battle does not take place in any stadium or arena.
Suggested correction: It's a simile. Noah is saying that everyone will be rooting against him.
Other mistake: In the pre-fight of Episode 3 of chapter 1 of KOF 94, "How to face a powerful enemy", the dialogue is mislabeled in the beginning, mixing Noah, the protagonists and "Mean Looking Man" in wrong order.
Other mistake: The Friends section has a "Friend List" tab, "Invite", etc. and a "Recieved" tab (should be "recEIved") in the banner at the bottom.
Other mistake: At the end of the third chapter of the KOF'95 story, Geese and Billy are talking in an alley. The Fatal Fury Team is referred to as "The Starving Wolves", in contrast with the name always used to translate "Garou Densetsu" in the series of games and movies: "Legend of the Hungry Wolf."
