Character mistake: During the events of Angel of the Ring, in several dialogues Ralf, who is a Colonel and is called as such in said dialogues, takes orders from Heidern calling him "Captain." Heidern's correct rank in the storyline is "Commander."
Character mistake: In the "Before battle" segment before battle 5 in Angel of the Ring part I, Kula during her introduction spells at one point "peropero" with an extra p, "peroperop."
Character mistake: In the "Before Battle" segment before the fourth stage of Angel in the Ring part I, Angel says about the 'zombie doll' that "it's bad breath puts me in a bad mood", mixing up verb and possessive pronoun.
Character mistake: In the finale of the third part of the collaboration with Street Fighter V, the announcer Serina's sign-off line is "That's all from SERNIA."
Character mistake: In several instances, the objects you get from Summons are mislabelled (for instance, affinity boxes appear as "summon ticket").
Other mistake: In the Street Fighter collaboration, great care was placed replicating the Street Fighter II arcade selection screen, but the positions of the characters (originals and stand-ins) are all wrong.
Character mistake: In the King of Fighters 2002 chapter, after the defeat of her team, Mai Shiranui (segment "Road to the truth - before battle") shouts "No, Mr. King, I am mad." King is not a 'Mr', it's her fellow teammate and captain of the LADIES team since KoF 1994.
Other mistake: In the presentation screen of the New Year Event, Nakoruru's name is misspelled as "Nakolulu."
Other mistake: During the KoF 2002 storyline, multiple times (would be redundant to enumerate them) there is no proper distinction in the text formatting between what the main character thinks acting as narrator, and what he actually communicates to the other characters as in-world dialogue. For the most part with rare hiccups, in the previous parts of the Story Mode the distinction was clear, with the thoughts being enclosed between parentheses.
Character mistake: In the Countdown to Hope storyline, at the end of the Chapter EX, Ash Crimson tells Elizabeth post stage 5 "I'm sorry, but now I have this power now."
Other mistake: In the KOF99 story mode, the protagonist knows Kula Diamond's name before it is revealed to them.
Character mistake: In the first chapter of Night of the Yokai, after saving King and Ryo, Yuri talks to them about Yuri saving King and Ryo. Yes, in third person, which is not a quirk she shows in any other in-game dialogue.
Character mistake: During the trivia quiz in the Christmas event, Chang Koehan calls Shingo Yabuki "Shinho."
Character mistake: In the miniature city background (where you fight the Sentai versions of the Ikari Warriors and many others) a billboard on top of a building has the wrong logo, with "King Of Fighter", instead of FighterS.
Other mistake: The example screen with the Time Attack results shows wildly unrealistic results - you can't clear 2-3 stages from enemies in 13 seconds, unless you use cheating programs. It takes longer than that just to walk from start to finish.
Revealing mistake: Rudy's "Judgment of Glory" Finisher uses a special background of distant mountains and cliffs. Sometimes (in particular during Mecha Goenitz's challenge) part of energy/fire or even whole enemies get in front of the superimposed image, casting shadows on it like a cheap theater background.
Character mistake: In the "Athena in Wonderland" quest, Episode 2 "Beautiful Cat Fighter?!", Kensou warns Cotton Tail Yuri about "That beautiful clothes" that she is wearing. Should be those, not that.
