Audio problem: In the cafe, Merritt takes out a dollar bill for a hypnotised wife to take. Merritt says "Go ahead. Take it" and the shot then cuts to an angle from behind Merritt where the wife then stretches her arms out to reach the note. In the angle from behind, Merritt is heard saying "Get it", but his mouth doesn't move. (00:02:15)
Audio problem: After Merritt has performed a mental trick on the wife, he walks over to her husband. There is a shot from behind Merritt as he is says "peek under the hood of your hubby's brain" and his mouth doesn't move. (00:02:25)
Audio problem: When Merritt tells the cheating husband to take out his wallet, a reverse angle is shown of him saying "Come on." His jaw is never shown moving an inch with the speech. (00:03:20)
Audio problem: When the Horsemen are walking through the corridors of apartment 6A, Jack says "Man, it's freezing in here" in the shot before entering the living room. When Jack says "Man", his lips don't move an inch. (00:12:35)
Audio problem: After Jack escapes the apartment in the car, Alma pulls up and yells at Dylan to never tell her to stay in the car. Dylan then replies "Fine! Now go!" In the reverse angle where Dylan says "Fine!" his jaw doesn't move. Theatrical version only.
Audio problem: When Dylan and Alma are talking with Thaddeus in his dressing room, Thaddeus asks Alma if she is referring to Lionel Shrike and Dylan replies "I'm sorry, who?", but his mouth doesn't move with the line. This mistake is on the extended edition as the scene where they meet is different on the theatrical version. (00:34:00)
Audio problem: When Dylan finds Alma in the Mardi Gras crowd, he asks her if she's been doing some sightseeing while in New Orleans. There is an over the shoulder shot from behind Dylan when he asks this, where his mouth is not moving. (00:44:20)

Audio problem: When Henley is escaping the tank, there is a quick shot of the timer going past 22 seconds and a quick cut showing the tank of piranhas. During these quick cuts, Henley's panicked screaming can be heard, but it is not until seconds after this until Henley begins screaming for help. (00:06:10)
Audio problem: When the four Horsemen find the blueprints in the abandoned apartment, there is one shot panning around. During this shot, Henley says "It's a show", but her lips read something totally different. (00:14:20)
Audio problem: When Daniel and the fan burst into his room, making out, almost half of the dialogue doesn't match up with what they are saying. (00:07:25)
Answer: The mirror was inserted at an angle, so that the reflection was the ceiling and not what was in front of them. It's the same principle for how periscopes work.
