Audio problem: When Wesley first walks into the textile factory and sees Sloane talking to a worker, the first shot of Sloane shows his mouth moving and you hear him talking. In the very next close up shot of Sloane, you still hear his voice, but his lips aren't moving. He just turns his head towards the worker, then away.

Continuity mistake: In the scene when Fox is walking with Wesley, right before the train surfing scene, she has her hair down and flowy. Then in the next shot, her hair is in a ponytail.
Trivia: In the comic, the characters were based on Halle Berry (Fox), Tommy Lee Jones (Sloan) and Eminem (Wesley).
Question: I have a question about the car chase scene. How is it possible that a van of this size is able to catch up to a Viper? As far as I know that car can reach 60mph in less than four seconds.

Answer: Yes, but when you're driving through streets crowded with people and other vehicles you can't just stand on the gas pedal or you'd wreck the car. The van can catch up because the Viper can't drive at its top speed.
