Continuity mistake: In close-up, Asia Argento's hand is in a different position on the GPS, more to the right, her thumb off the buttons. (01:43:25)
Continuity mistake: Some potato carts are blocking the road. We see the accident spot and there are several people by the carts taking care of the injured driver, with very few potatoes on the asphalt. When Yelena fires the rockets, no people are by the carts anymore, and as they drive through the flaming wreckage there are many more potatoes - of course since the cart just exploded, but they are all perfectly still and not burnt, not looking at all like they come from a cart that blew up in an inferno of flames a split second before. Continuity mistake: When X ejects the roof of the car towards the end of the scene, you can see that there are no windows attached, however, after the roof is ejected, the windows of the car disappear. (01:46:00)
Continuity mistake: When Xander is chasing the sub, he is driving on a road to the left of the river, yet when he comes onto the bridge, the car does a left turn onto the bridge, which indicates that the car was driving down a road to the right of the river. (01:46:20)
Continuity mistake: Harpoon in hand, Xander yells to his driver "There's a bridge" pointing at a railway bridge with characteristic metal archways. "Cross the bridge!" he orders, and they do cross a bridge that is blatantly different, with no metal structure. (01:46:20)
Continuity mistake: When Xander switches off the submarine by tearing off its HD, the flame of the rocket wildly varies in intensity and colors in each shot of the sequence. (01:51:00)
Continuity mistake: When XXX is snowboarding down the mountain in front of the avalanche his goggles change from round to rectangular back to round again. The snowboard also changes repeatedly - from red to blue - throughout the entire run. The tops and bottoms of the boards - when high or low angles are shown - are different for both boards, so you see 4 different colors.
Continuity mistake: When Ahab is launched, and XXX and Yelena are running, Yelena's singlet top changes from blue, to white, then back to blue again in different shots.
Continuity mistake: When Xander is snowboarding down the mountain to take out the communications tower, there is one point where the avalanche clearly bumps Xander and moves him ahead by about 12 feet. It appears to be a correction in the graphics so that it doesn't appear that the avalanche will outrun him down the mountain, however, poorly edited.
Continuity mistake: When Yelena and X are on the roof of the building he's staying at and Yelena tells him "Remember what I said, after you kissed me? Never again. I lied.", the shot just before he kisses her she is wearing bright red lipstick, but the next shot it's clearly gone. Likely to spare X from red lipstick all over his face.
Continuity mistake: When Xander is snowboarding down the mountain to take out the communications tower, he snowboards goofy (right foot in front) to regular (left foot in front) many times. That either means the stuntman is regular footed, or he would have to do a lot of 180's spins, which is impossible to do when there is a giant wave of snow chasing you.
Continuity mistake: When the Navigator is shot by the helicopters you see it fly up, but while the ugly dude is in it. But when Xander drives off it to get over the Cocaine shack you can obviously can tell that he is not in the car.
Continuity mistake: The first time you see Samuel L. Jackson, his eye on the burnt side is a real pale brown, but throughout the movie his eye changes to a normal brown and then light, then back to dark.
Continuity mistake: When XXX first gets on top of the AHAB submarine, he lands on it with a smash and you can clearly see his arm hitting the bubble covering the harddrive, which then is very loose and even opens up for a few centimeters. Next shot we see XXX opening up the bubble by releasing some security handles.
Continuity mistake: At the end of the movie where Xander's tanning at Bora Bora, notice that his tattoos are brighter. They have a just re-applied look.
Continuity mistake: When Vin Diesel and the Corvette are falling off the bridge, watch the Corvette. It changes position between shots (nose up, nose down, level). There is not sufficient time in between shots for it to tumble into its new positions.
Continuity mistake: During the test when they infiltrate the drug lord's camp and X escapes. In one scene before he leaves the barn/building to go outside and get the bike you see him get up and lean against the door twice. Once to get up and look outside to see one of the copters blow up a truck then it cuts to a reverse angle and you see him get up again to lean against the door.
Continuity mistake: Just after X gets his new GTO and the cop knocks the window of the warehouse out, X and the bad guy jump back into the GTO. They drive out of the warehouse and the car is dirty on the bottom. If the car was spotless in the previous shot indoors, how did the car get so dirty so fast?
