Audio problem: Immediately when Peter and Harry walk into the room with the genetically engineered spiders, Peter says something like "Wow, that's amazing." His mouth does not move. (00:06:35)
Audio problem: When one of Bonesaw's blond hench-women gives him a crow-bar to hit Spidey with, you hear her say "Kick his spider ass," but her lips don't match with what she is yelling. (00:40:00)
Audio problem: When Mary Jane is about to fall from the balcony and the Green Goblin appears in front of her, we hear him say, "Hello, my dear," but his mouth is not in sync with those words. (01:07:40)
Audio problem: When the Green Goblin gases Spidey after crashing through Jameson's office window, you see him fall and hear him almost immediately hitting the ground even though the window is several stories up. I think it is the sound of him falling onto the stunt mat. (01:15:35)
Audio problem: When Goblin is on the bridge with Mary Jane and the cable car, Spider-Man screams, "Don't do it Goblin!" but there is clearly no mouth movement whatsoever under the mask. (01:42:05)
Audio problem: At Norman Osborn's funeral, we see Harry from the side saying to Peter that he is like family, but his face doesn't move when he talks. (01:46:35)
Audio problem: The wrestler's, wheeled out prior to Peter wrestling Bone Saw, mouth doesn't match the dialogue as he's speaking.
Answer: Remember that Green Goblin (Norman Osborne) just found out that Peter Parker is Spider-Man. Aunt May's comment about everyone knows he loves Mary-Jane concerns him because he now realizes that Green Goblin might find/kidnap Mary-Jane just to lure Spider-Man into a fight. This is the basis for the whole reason he can't be with her, as he would be potentially putting her in harm's way all the time if they got together.
