Visible crew/equipment: To escape Two-Face's ambush, Batman tilts the batmobile onto its rear wheels, and thanks to the bat-hook, he's able to use the vertical facade of a building as an alternate route. As the batmobile rides up the building, if you look closely you can see what looks to be a wire behind the batmobile (probably helping the batmobile or a model of it travel smoothly up the building or a model of the building). Batman Forever (1995)
1 visible crew/equipment mistake - chronological order
Directed by: Joel Schumacher
Starring: Nicole Kidman, Tommy Lee Jones, Drew Barrymore, Val Kilmer, Jim Carrey, Chris O'Donnell, Michael Gough
Revealing mistake: When Two Face and Riddler enter Wayne Manor, and knock Alfred down. Alfred, unconscious, pushes the dinner tray aside, so the thugs can carry him into the closet. (01:27:55)
The Riddler: Did anyone ever tell you you have a serious impulse control problem?!
Trivia: In the brief time that Tim Burton was still considering doing a third Batman film, Riddler was the only villain that he planned on using. The idea of using Two-Face did not come up until Joel Schumacher joined the project.
Question: At the beginning, when Batman breaks through the helicopter's window with his head, he tells Two-Face, 'Give it up, Harvey. You need help' or something like that. But this voice is totally not what Val Kilmer sounds like. The best I can come up with is that it's a stunt double or something like that. If anybody out there knows the real reason, I'd be happy to hear it.
Answer: I have noticed that as well. It doesn't seem like his voice is wrong, it just sounds like he says "give it up" twice at once or something. Maybe an issue in post-production.

Chosen answer: Batman talks like that because if he talks like Bruce Wayne (Val Kilmer's voice) his voice might be recognized, leading to Batman's identity being revealed.
