This is a mistake for the introduction from seasons 2-20 (1991-2009). When Homer screams, he turns round. You see this in a wide shot. There are no boxes to the right of the door in the garage. However, two just appear out of thin air when he runs through the garage.
The Simpsons Christmas Special: Simpsons Roasting on an Open Fire - S1-E1
After Homer brings Santa's Little Helper home, Homer and Marge hug, and if you look behind them, the background is upside down. There is a picture hanging upside down, and there is a lamp which seems to be hanging from the ceiling. Then in the next shot, the background is normal.
When Maggie goes through the checkout at the beginning, Marge's trolley is grey and has a red handle. But in the next shot, when Maggie pops out of the bag, the trolley handle is turquoise.
Realty Bites - S9-E9
When the real estate team learn that Marge has sold the murder house, Marge is wearing a red blazer but in the shot which faces Marge's back the blazer is missing, then in the next shot Marge is wearing the blazer again.
When Homer is about to drive up the mountain to save Barney and Marge is begging him not to, Maggie's coat is blue. But when the family is watching the mountain goat fall down the mountain, her coat is orange.
Tree House of Horror VI - S7-E6
In the 'Nightmare on Evergreen Terrace' segment, in Bart's dream you see a shadow of what looks like someone with four knife-fingers. Then when we see who it is, it is Willie holding a rake. But the rake has five tines, not four, so the shadow is wrong.
When Sideshow Bob is shouting and screaming just before he is taken away in a police van, Lisa and Bart swap places right before Bart says "Take him away, boys."
When Moe picks up the "Malaysian Beer" and says they don't serve Duff anymore and how good it is, you then see a shot of Homer talking, then when Moe has put down the beer, it's a Duff .
In the episode which recalls how Homer and Marge got married, Homer writes a note to Marge on a piece of paper entitled 'From The Pen Of Patty' he SCRIBBLES out Patty's name and writes his own, but when Marge reads the note, 'Patty' only has a single straight line through it. The word "HOMER" also changes.
Bart's guitar is lefthanded. So when the righthanded Otto plays it on the bus, the guitar is flipped over, with the little speaker on the top. But when Otto is playing it later in the garage, it is a normal righthanded guitar, with the little speaker on the bottom.
Bart Carny - S9-E12
At dinner when the carny dad is doing his cigarette trick, the shot changes to Bart and Lisa and they have piles of food on their plates. About 10 seconds later Marge gathers the plates up and there is nothing on them. Are we to believe that they ate all this food in such a short space of time?
Tree House of Horror V - S6-E6
In 'Time and Punishment,' in the basement, as soon as Homer puts the back of the toaster back on, two pink wires taped to the side of the toaster suddenly appear.
'Tis the Fifteenth Season - S15-E7
After Homer decides that he doesn't want to sleep with Marge, he goes downstairs and watches TV. He moves to a different side of the sofa between shots.
Tree House of Horror V - S6-E6
In 'Time and Punishment,' when the machine picks up the Simpsons' house, to take it to the 'Re-Neducation Centre,' the garage is on the wrong side of the house. It is on the correct side in the following shots of Homer returning.
The photo Edna sends to Bart differs when he shows his parents. The angle is different from what it was previously, revealing part of a photo frame on the wall which wasn't there before, and the sheets/pillows on the bed are different, and her eyes are closed when they look at it, but when Bart looked at it, they were open.
When Homer says, "You can't take our donuts," his hat is red. But in the next shot and in every other shot of Homer, his hat is blue. This is pointed out on the audio commentary on the Season 4 DVD.
Like Father, Like Klown - S3-E6
When Miss Pennycandy barges in on Krusty's 'Sex Chat,' she leaves the door open. It remains closed for the rest of the scene.
At the beginning of the show, the hospital Mr. Burns is at has a sign in front of it that reads, "Got Tumor?", but when we see the hospital again it isn't there. Additionally, the "Mayo Clinic" sign atop the building gets noticeably smaller in the second shot.
The Trouble With Trillions - S9-E20
In the scene where Homer is eating a hot dog just before the post office closes for the day, the vendor behind the hot dog cart has a apron over his shirt. The very next shot the apron has disappeared.
Bart's Friend Falls in Love - S3-E23
When Samantha is introduced to Bart's class, to Wendell's right and a boy sitting in front of him there is an empty column of desks. But in the overhead shot, this column has disappeared.
When Burns first shows the team the nerve tonic, the "&" on the 'Brain & Nerve Tonic' label is facing backward, but as Burns pulls it away it faces forward. Then as he moves it around as he's talking, the "&" switches between facing forward and facing backward again. This happens all in the one shot.
Dude, Where's My Ranch? - S14-E18
When Lisa meets Clara, there is a close up of her necklace. The necklace is never there in any of the other shots that we see her. Her ring, as also seen in the close-up isn't visible either.
When Homer, Lenny and Carl are in the cafeteria, and Homer is drinking beer, his chair changes from being blue, to red, then back to blue again, between different shots.
Lisa's Pony - S3-E8
When Homer is phoned by Lisa, the color of the phone is blue. Immediately after, it turns to green.
After Lurleen sings 'No-One Understands You', she puts on her apron and picks up a tray. On the tray, there are three bottles of beer. But in the next shot, Homer goes over to Lurleen, and there is only a cup.
Lisa on Ice - S6-E8
After the buzzer goes on the final game and the crowd reacts one of the crowd members says "Tie Game.", then some woman in a red top says "What the Hell.". If you look at the woman when she moves her head you can see the nose on her face disappears.
Homer Badman - S6-E9
When one of the pockets of Marge's coat explodes (when Homer is stealing the rare Gummi), a huge pile of candy comes pouring out. When she bends down to pick some up, there isn't nearly as much candy there as before. There are people picking up the candy with her, but they would have to pick it up extremely fast, and they aren't.
$pringfield (or How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love Legalized Gambling) - S5-E10
As Marge arrives home and sees the bullet holes in the door, the shot changes to a POV shot from behind the door and you can see there are some changes in the holes. The first change is there are three bullet holes on the right hand side which are all the same distance from each other, when she enters the middle hole has moved closer to the bottom one. The other change is the large hole in the middle of the door. On the bottom right hand side its shape goes from being a little irregular to a more round shape.
Tree House of Horror VI - S7-E6
In 'A Nightmare on Evergreen Terrace', when the children are all discussing their dreams, Ralph's sling is blue. After the shot of Principal Skinner, Ralph's sling is white.
When Bart comes back into the classroom after the wolf attack, Ms Krabappel is writing on the black board and there is quite a bit of writing up there. After we see Bart the shot goes back to Ms Krabappel and all the writing has gone.
Springfield Connection - S6-E23
When Marge sees Homer's car parked illegally over 3 handicapped spots you can see a car parked near Homer's that is orange. Later in the scene when Marge starts writing a ticket up for Homer the car next to Homer's is now a dark brown.
In the scene where Homer is on stage in Springfield, he's wearing shorts. When he jumps off the stage after dodging the cannon ball, he's wearing pants.
Life on the Fast Lane (a.k.a. Jacques to Be Wild) - S1-E9
At work, the salad in Homer's sandwich disappears when he mentions that 'she' made it.
Tree House of Horror V - S6-E6
In 'Time and Punishment,' Homer goes back in time, then returns, and the kitchen table has plates of food, cutlery and glasses all set out. Then when Homer is informed that Ned is the Lord of the Universe, the house starts shaking, but you can see the table is now totally clear.
Tree House of Horror XII - S13-E1
In 'Wiz Kids,' we see Ralph tied up in Lord Montymort's lair. Between a wide shot and closeup, when he says "Dying tickles," his cloak goes from undone to done up.
Kamp Krusty - S4-E1
In the shot where Kearney is reading the letter sent by Marge whilst he is eating the jellybean cookies, there is a quick shot of Kearney's hand going to his mouth with the cookie to eat it. Note that there is nothing on his wrist. In the next shot where it is revealed that Kearney is reading the letter rather than Bart or Lisa, he has spiky, black collars on his wrist.
Team Homer - S7-E12
During the classroom scene where Bart reveals his Mad magazine shirt, he removes his sweater and puts it on his desk. In the next shot the sweater disappears.
When Bart arrives at school in the bus, after Homer plowed the road for the bus, the sidewalk is covered in snow except for Martin's footprints. Then, when he gets out, the sidewalk has been shovelled, as there is no snow on it. Following this, Bart is pelted by snowballs, which sends him falling face-first into the sidewalk, which is once again covered in snow.
After Bart is attacked by the wolf and goes back into class, the banner above the chalkboard that has the alphabet on it is blue. Every time we see the banner after that it is yellow.
When Nelson asks Bart what song he is playing as they wait for the bus, Nelson's vest is orange and his shirt is bluish. However, when the bus arrives and Nelson goes to get on the bus his vest is now bluish and his shirt orange.
When it is announced that Amber is the winner of the contest, and Lisa is runner-up, the stands in the back of the stage are empty. However, when Lisa walks off, all the contestants are back on the stands.
Tree House of Horror VII - S8-E1
In 'The Thing and I' Dr. Hibbert is about to explain Bart's irregular birth. In the closeup before the story, Dr. Hibbert has a stethoscope around his neck. This wasn't there in previous shots.
Nelson makes a hole in the Honor Roller during the finals. This hole disappears and reappears between shots.
Bart Gets Hit By a Car - S2-E10
When Marge is being questioned, before she says 'If you don't have anything nice to say, then don't say anything at all', there is a shot over her shoulder looking at the blue haired lawyer. Not only is he (the lawyer) there directly in front of her, but he is also sitting on the bench with Burns. In all other shots his chair is empty as it should be.
When Edna sits at her desk saying "Oh, Woodrow. How could you stand me up?" the clock reads 3 O'clock. Seconds later, as Bart talks with Edna, the clock reads 4 O'clock.
Like Father, Like Klown - S3-E6
At the end of Krusty's story, Homer changes from being in his tuxedo to being in his normal clothing.
Treehouse of Horror XV - S16-E1
Ned hammers in the For Sale sign; a few shots later, when Homer comes, it is no longer there.
The colour of the alien poster in the nerds' room changes from pink to blue.
When Bart uncovers the photo of the Simpsons behind the books in Lisa's locker, the books change between shots.
At the beginning, if you watch the clock as Homer walks in, the time changes between shots.
