Plot hole: It doesn't make sense for the prosecuting attorney to agree to accept a guilty plea from Danny for assaulting an officer, possession with intent to distribute, and resisting arrest with no accompanying guilty plea for at least a lesser-included offense of murder (such as voluntary manslaughter). A violent gang member committing an initiation murder while out on parole would be dealt with much more harshly, especially when the murder victim was a high-school-aged teenager and random victim. Continuity mistake: The top of Brecken's head was close to (within a few inches of) the headboard before his mother brought the pillow. When his mother put the pillow over his face and the camera shifted to a right-side rear view, the upper part of the bed was raised about 45°. When Lang Dotrice (Brecken's father) arrived and sat on his bed, the pillow used to smother Brecken was at least a foot away from the headboard and Brecken's head (still under the pillow) was about a yard away from the headboard. Continuity mistake: Banker Mr. Anderson picks up his glasses from the desk and holds them near his face, then picks them up a second time. (00:51:35)

Continuity mistake: When Harry wrapped Lily's ankle injury, there was bloody wrapping below the duct tape. When Karl asked to see Lily's leg, there was no blood showing on the material below the tape. Also, Harry did not completely cover the ankle injury with duct tape like he did to keep creatures from smelling the blood on Lily's stomach cut, questioning why the creatures could not smell the blood on Lily's ankle. Continuity mistake: The wall clock, after staying at around 10:12, jumps 4 minutes (to 10:16) in less than 20 seconds. (00:01:05)

Continuity mistake: When Jackson put the fiberscope/ borescope camera next to the bottom of the door, the light was on, but the light was not on when the snake scope was shown coming under the door on the opposite side. (01:03:06)

Continuity mistake: Gabby's head is turned to her left. She turns to her right, but she is instantly back to her head turned to her left, as if she never turned her head. (01:22:57)

Other mistake: Virgil drives the truck across flat land, yet the dashboard and A/C unit atop it are angled at about 45°. Views of Keith in the passenger seat show a level/horizontal dashboard and A/C unit, like they should be. (00:17:12)

Continuity mistake: The night Krypto loses his powers, he gets a black eye on his left eye. However, the next day, the wound is gone.

Continuity mistake: Jackie holds her pen as she takes notes. Next, her pen is set on the legal pad and her hands are on her lap (below the table and pen). The camera returns to Jackie, and she continues to hold the pen as she takes notes the whole time. (This allows for other questionable variations that could occur off-screen, if enough time.) (00:38:57 - 00:39:29)

Revealing mistake: The rhino that killed (or "erased") Paul was obviously CGI and quite fake-looking, especially the way it was running. (01:32:50)

Deliberate mistake: Considering the position of the surveillance camera (height and angle - almost parallel to the side of the building as well as to the sidewalk), plus the lens being indented within the outer frame, it would not have been able to capture a view of Redd on the sidewalk below like it did. (00:24:40)

Continuity mistake: Henry's scarf is hanging down loosely and appears to be pinned together near the bottom (by his chest). While Henry is running outside, his scarf goes from loose around the front to having an obvious knot over his right shoulder. (00:02:16 - 00:02:43)

Deliberate mistake: After Sam freed Gary from being tied up by the aliens, Gary pulled off the cast he got earlier that day and was able to use his left arm as though it had never been broken. (00:45:43)

Other mistake: Natasha may have been a highly skilled, capable, and experienced fighter (simultaneously taking on multiple large goons with weapons), but this would not mean she was indestructible, injury-proof, or immune from pain. During one extensive fighting scene, just the few heavy whacks on her back followed by being thrown onto her stomach from being held above the goon's head should have rendered her incapacitated (at least for a while) but she did not suffer any ill-effects and continued fighting. (00:34:50 - 00:35:20)

Continuity mistake: The patch of dirt/mud that Briggs had on the left side of his face near his eye when he woke up tied to a chair in Gus' barn disappeared and reappeared (in a different shape) a few times (e.g, when he knocked over his chair, when he stood up, and when he was inside Gus' house). (00:33:12 - 00:36:08)

Revealing mistake: Luke points a flashlight along the side of the staircase, but no shadows are produced on the wall from the vertical posts. Luke points the flashlight in front of himself and produces his shadow on the wall behind (and the shadow doesn't look like the way he is holding the flashlight). After Luke goes through the entryway aiming his flashlight ahead, a circle of light is behind him. The power is out, so the flashlight is the only light source - except that used for filming in the dark. (01:03:00 - 01:05:25)

Continuity mistake: Francis pistol-whipped Leonard and - although there initially was no red mark - a red mark could be seen when Leonard attended to Richie's wound. Not long afterwards, the red mark was gone (but should have still been there). (00:21:35 - 00:35:06)

Deliberate mistake: While roasting marshmallows, Henry's marshmallow caught on fire with the flame shooting about 6", then a foot+ high. A marshmallow subjected to such intense heat/flame for many seconds would not be stuck to the stick and stay stuck with repeated forceful flicking or "whipping" of the stick like Henry did. When the marshmallow finally flew off the stick and landed on a camper's head (higher than would be expected), it would be small/hard/charred, not large and still soft/white in the middle. (00:35:03)

Continuity mistake: The amount of snow accumulated on the chalet's wraparound porch railing was higher when looking outside compared to external views, such as when Emily was outside talking on the phone with Becca. (00:13:35 - 00:15:05)
