Continuity mistake: Ishmael shots Karim in the right side of the stomach, but the wound moves to the left side.
Continuity mistake: Before the family went outside, the fire extinguisher was part-way below the window sill. When Peter (father) went inside, the fire extinguisher was away from the window sill (more toward the right of the screen). (00:07:33 - 00:09:12)
Continuity mistake: In the very last scene when Bo is hugging Stanley before the game it reveals his "Never Back Down" tree tattoo on his lower left arm. Yet right after in the closing credits and presumably depicting that same game it showed his left arm after taking a shot with the tattoo removed.
Other mistake: Visser was face-to-face with Omar when she shot him in the neck (looked more like it would be in his mouth before the camera shift) yet she did not get any blood splatter on her shooting hand, face, or clothes. There also wasn't much blood on Omar considering he was hit with a near-contact if not actual contact shot. (00:45:41 - 00:47:12)
Continuity mistake: Alan goes into his appointment with Dr. Fredericks at 5:08, and it is still 5:08 on the wall clock when he leaves her office. (00:10:20 - 00:14:03)
Continuity mistake: The placement and angle of the "Not Friendly" sign on the dead security guard's upper right body changes from when Elvis is looking at him down the hall to when Elvis is kneeling next to his body. Initially, the words are perpendicular to the guard's right leg (angled outward to the right), then to the top of his right shoulder. (00:44:45 - 00:45:19)
Continuity mistake: In the wide view of "Quick Stop Groceries," there is a yellow pole directly in front of and almost touching the far right side of the van's front bumper, but the pole isn't there in the rear view of the van. (00:01:43)
Continuity mistake: At the restaurant, Dr. April's bangs usually have several gaps in them across her forehead (similar to a sawtooth pattern), but are more evenly combed at times. The movement of her head does not change the sawtooth pattern as she turns, so is not enough to explain the variation. (00:05:00 - 00:05:30)
Continuity mistake: Diana's handbag is in a different position under the couch when she is fighting her violent client. (00:14:25)
Continuity mistake: Laura's hair was (flipped) above her shoulders when she brought Cody to school. When she was in her car, her hair was much longer, going at least a couple or few inches down her back. Laura's hair was back to its shorter length (above-the-shoulders) when she got to the typing room at work. (00:15:44 - 00:16:06)
Continuity mistake: The bottle of beer on the bar in front of Everett disappears in one shot but re-appears. Also, depending on the camera's angle, Everett either has his right hand holding onto the edge of the bar or is below the bar (out of sight). (00:04:25 - 00:40:14)

Continuity mistake: The views of Pinero's dead "trophy wife" from opposite sides of the bed were not consistent. From Seth's view, Pinero's wife was lying mostly on her right side with her hair covering her head/neck but otherwise not visible, and her right arm extended outward from her waist area. From the other side of the bed, Pinero's wife's long wavy hair was over her left breast and should have been visible from Seth's position but was not. Continuity mistake: Overlooking the sudden drop from 1:02 to 0:17 seconds on the countdown clock, the one-second interval beeps are not accurate. In the countdown from 10 seconds, there are approximately or precisely 10 beeps, then the countdown clock shows 4 seconds remaining. (00:19:55)
Factual error: The tank used by the German platoon is a Soviet T54/55, which didn't come into service until 1948, after the Lapland War had ended.
Other mistake: When Tess says good night to Keith, the lights in the bedroom are on, but the switch is down (off position) but when she wakes up in the middle of the night, the lights are off and the switch is still down. We see a lamp on the same side as the switch but even if she turned it off manually, being plugged into that AC outlet would mean the lamp would probably be off based on the switch. If the switch was up in both shots, it would be different.
Continuity mistake: Outside the warehouse door/metal gate, Shae's flashlight produces a bright circle of light onto the pavement because it is a dimly-lit area. She uses her flashlight to look under the gate, which is open about 2' at the bottom. After she rolls under the gate, the pavement now behind her is in the sunlight. (00:42:15)
Continuity mistake: The angle of the desk lamp's shade changes as Matt sits on his bed, suddenly angling towards the camera. The shade is back to facing downward but angles outward again a couple of times. (00:05:18 - 00:06:24)
Continuity mistake: When the dinosaur escaped from the truck, the truck was either facing in the opposite direction or the cement (?) structures that were on the passenger's side became a grassy hill with trees. (The steering wheel shows the direction the truck is facing and the doors swing backwards). (00:03:50)
