When Kol gets back into Adam's car, the red SUV should be visible. However, outside of the windshield, there is a white blur. Continuity mistake: After Ross is shot, he lies on the pavement with his head to the left of the white line, but later his head is to the right of the white line. (His body would not be rotated 180° by police.) His head is on the white line in between this discrepancy. (00:06:38 - 00:09:30)
Continuity mistake: The flower earrings from Kat Valdez in the press conference are worn with the little petals on the inside; when she comes out of the press conference on the roof, the flower earrings are worn with the little petals on the outside. (00:39:33 - 00:42:28)
Continuity mistake: At the clothing rental store, Maigret puts the box with the victim's bloodied dress on the counter. He leans against the counter with closed fists, but in the next shot, we see Gérard Depardieu leaning with his open hands flat instead. (00:17:00)
Continuity mistake: The Thief drove away, stranding Mia alongside the road. After Mia shouted, "Seven AM tomorrow, Ravenhill Hangar!" the Thief's car was closer to her (i.e, it had not traveled as far). Also, The Thief peeled out (making noise), had his windows up, and traveled far enough that he would not have been likely to hear what Mia was shouting. (00:14:30)
Continuity mistake: After the teens parked their vehicles facing an embankment (which was about twice as high as the vehicles' roofs), they walked up the hill to the diner (which wasn't visible). Somehow, one of the teens sitting in the diner was able to see James' SUV being stolen, so they ran outside and down the embankment. The vehicles should not have been visible from inside the diner plus the embankment looked different (e.g, varying heights). (00:07:26 - 00:12:24)
Continuity mistake: The front wheel on Brian's "flying cuckoo clock" (adult tricycle with attachments) is parallel to the rear tires while he is behind the bike trying to start the makeshift "motor." Brian is always shown in back of the bike, but the front tire is angled to the left after the third camera shift and is at a greater angle after he gets the motor running. (The force from Brian spinning the motor may have caused minor shaking of the bike, but wasn't enough to turn the front wheel). (00:04:30)

Continuity mistake: The mailbox is roughly parallel to Richard's SUV but is more perpendicular when he looks at the address number, then it is back to parallel. (00:06:40)
Continuity mistake: The window with broken blinds to the right of the hole in the wall turns into a green curtain for a couple seconds, then back to blinds. When Pablo is pulling the money out of the hole in the wall, the green curtain shows up next to it (a couple feet from where the window is located). Continuity mistake: The sky (sun versus clouds and color - blue, white, or gray) changes frequently during the few minutes when Lara is leaving the site until she returns to retrieve her bag. Before she falls into the hole, the sun is shown near the horizon, about to set, but the sun is shining on her in the hole. A setting sun would not be able to emit rays into a distant hole. Continuity mistake: The street view/scenery when Emily is walking down the road outside of her new apartment becomes quite different when the camera shifts to an aerial view (showing more cars and buildings, fewer trees along the right side of the road, and mountains in the distance instead of the nearby ocean). Continuity mistake: The wrapped Christmas presents set near the airplane's tail are stacked differently in the before and after views of Ben's arms in the storage compartment. The gold package that is on top is missing and the larger green package on the ground is angled away from the others. Later, the green package is aligned with and touching the lower gold package. Continuity mistake: Jackie holds her pen as she takes notes. Next, her pen is set on the legal pad and her hands are on her lap (below the table and pen). Continuity mistake: After Art yells for Jesse to come to eat lunch, the stick of butter on the plate is roughly parallel to the edge of the table, but is diagonal when Art and Jess come to the table.
