Corrected entry: When they are in Antarctica, people are just running around without hats or gloves, and we don't see their breath.
Correction: During Antarctica's summer season, temperatures can go up to 50° Fahrenheit.
Corrected entry: Elton opens a screw capped bottle of wine in one scene with a flourish. These were not introduced until the mid 80's and then only in New Zealand and Australia.
Correction: Screwtops started to appear on wine about 1976 (although not widely). Elton John could have gotten hold of a screwtop wine bottle from any country using them, because wine can be exported. Screwtops for wine bottles were developed several times in the 20th century, starting to be successful in the 1960s and being sold more widely in the 1970s. Nowhere near as popular as corks at the time but not impossible to find for a flamboyant and rich pop star. They were sold in Switzerland, the US and UK as well as Australia and New Zealand. Of course all that is irrelevant if the prop bottle is indeed from a later time but unless that can be seen without pausing, this is not a mistake.
Corrected entry: When Javed and his friend break into the school radio station and play Born To Run, they put the needle on the first song, which is Thunder Road.
Correction: Thunder Road is the first song of the album, but he puts on side B, and Born To Run is the first song on that side.
Corrected entry: When Hobbs and Shaw are boarding the plane with fake identities, Hobbs has a fake mustache when he gets to security, but it's gone when he gets on the plane.
Corrected entry: Maybe it's the lighting on the Mushroom World but Dr Robotnik's mustache looks red when prior to that it was brown.
Correction: This may have been intentional. In the final scene on the Mushroom Planet, Robotnik looks closer to his video game counterpart; he shaves his head and his mustache is much longer.
This is probably done to make way for Eggman in the second movie (which is in talks).
Corrected entry: In the first scene between David and Joseph, Joseph states it has been three weeks since the events of the previous film, Split. Throughout the rest of the film, it is stated by several characters that it has been nineteen years since the events of Unbreakable. This timeframe could not be possible, as the ending of Split makes it clear that it has been fifteen years since Mr. Glass has been incarcerated.
Correction: The waitress in the cafe is the person that states it had been 15 years, and it is suggested that she is just guessing, as she couldn't remember the name of "the guy in the wheelchair" either.
Corrected entry: Zachary Levi is one of the few actors to span Marvel and DC movies - he played Fandral, one of the warriors three, in Thor: The Dark World and Thor: Ragnarok.
Correction: While the number certainly isn't massive, I wouldn't say it just a few. There's over 50 actors that have spanned DC and Marvel.
Correction: Anyway, the point is that he has been in both companies.
Generally an actor's resume isn't trivia unless it somehow relates to the movie or character itself. Given that so many actors have done Marvel and DC, there's unique about it and there's nothing to connect the two characters.
Corrected entry: Shaft is in the dining hall with his ex wife and her date when some bad dudes show up and start shooting. Shaft grabs his ex, flips up a wooden table and hides behind it with her. Several bad guys with hand guns and high powered rifles fire into the table and none of them get hurt. Even a small caliber .22 could pierce a wooden table. (01:09:25)
Correction: But it is not a wooden table. When you look at it from underneath (easy to do as it is flipped, and there are clear shots of Shaft's ex ducked behind one) it is made of metal and has the bumps from bullets being shot on it.
Corrected entry: Rick Dalton is listening to his car radio. A "KHJ, Los Angeles" jingle is heard, followed by The Real Don Steele saying "It's 3:31" as a song begins playing. The station identification was always given at the top of the hour, never at half-past, and the KHJ disc jockeys never announced the time when a song began. They gave the time only when a song ended, prior to a commercial break. (01:23:00)
Correction: Are you sure? I listened to the original aircheck (You can look it up on YT, "The Real Don Steele - Radio Aircheck May 25, 1968" around 31:30 min, and it is the same as in the movie.
You are correct. I just heard the original aircheck. I listened to KHJ a lot in 1968 because my favorite station, KFWB, had switched to an all-news format in March. I didn't recall KHJ ever airing the legal ID at half-past the hour. Obviously they did.
Corrected entry: In the first film. Henry Bowers carves the letter H into Ben's stomach. In this film, Pennywise creates the illusion of carving a word into Ben's stomach. When the illusion is broken, Ben's stomach is visible and there is no H-shaped scar where Henry previously carved him up.
Correction: The H shaped scar from Ben's childhood is there, it's very faint but it is.
Corrected entry: Costner asks the store clerk for a BAR, the Browning Automatic Rifle wasn't made until 1968.
Correction: You must be thinking of another rifle. The BAR seen is an M1918 and began production in 1917.
Correction: This is a common fallacy. You don't always see your breath just because it's cold. It also depends on humidity. If it's very dry, you won't see your breath.
