Other mistake: At the very end, Mr. Hanson is seen walking toward the church. Because of his stroke, he's slow and unsteady. We see several close-ups of his feet, showing how he's struggling. Two of those shots are the same footage. It's obvious, because you see that he drags his foot over a small stick in the road and stumbles - and in both shots, it is exactly the same.
The Ordeal of Israel Boone - S4-E2
Other mistake: When Daniel starts to fall down the hill when he is sick from the snake bite, there are two pick up trucks parked down on the road, a white one and a blue one. They show up on the right side of the screen.
A Quiet Day in Dodge - S18-E19
Other mistake: Festus returns from catfish fishing carrying a gunny sack full of fish that is bone dry when it should be dripping wet or at the minimum damp from the fish.
The Night of Miguelito's Revenge - S4-E12
Other mistake: The sandbag that almost falls on Pike and West splits wide open upon impact with the floor, but subsequent shots of the bag show it almost intact.
Other mistake: The excavator with the rotating bucket wheel that is shown in the opening is turning backwards from the direction required for it to actually dig.
Other mistake: An Army friend of Ben's uses Ponderosa land to test his hot-air balloon. There are very few clouds in the sky. A balloon in flight is shown but it is obviously stock footage. The sky is filled with clouds and the film contains several black spots and scratches.
The Strange Fate of Conrad Meyer Zulick - S3-E9
Other mistake: When Doc Donovan reads the wanted posters, the physical description of Heyes mentions dark brown hair and brown eyes, which fits Pete Duel. However, by this episode, Roger Davis had taken over the role. He has light brown hair and blue eyes.
Other mistake: The Lakota is attacking a small group of white men. One is face down on the ground, and he lifts his head to cut his throat. In the background are two cowboy actors joking and twirling their guns. One drops their gun and picks it back up. (00:20:43)
The Library - S3-E5
Other mistake: Dr. Mike spots a charred Bible within the charred piles of books, and heads into the church. The Reverend is giving a sermon on morality, and offers Dr. Mike the floor and she briefs about certain stories in the book, which would be considered scandalous, without mentioning the book's title, then hands it to the Reverend who agrees such stories are scandalous, until he turns it over, to see that its 'The Holy Bible'. Being a Reverend, he should know The Bible cover to cover, but reacts surprised or shocked over the mentioning of the scandalous stories. (00:36:00 - 00:41:00)
Other mistake: In the opening shot of the dead girl, there's a $1 bill next to her face. However, the picture on the $1 is not George Washington.

Other mistake: The "Construction Manager" being the boss of three men makes $125 a month, but the 3 of them make $15 a day working, which is $150 a month. How can the boss make $25 a month less? Even if the three did not work on Sundays... they would still make the same or more than their boss... "Three good men? Them plus some Jakes, yeah. Next time you want a favor, spare me the song and dance, Mr. Strobridge. (Bangs table) They're capable. They are dead weight. Expensive dead weight, at a time when I need all of my resources focused on breaking through that tunnel. And Jim, Charlie Crocker found you five years ago. You were digging ditches in San Jose for pennies a day, and you make $125 a month as construction manager for the greatest enterprise in the history of America. Suggested correction: The three men make five dollars a day each for a total of fifteen dollars the railroad has to pay.
Requiem at Mission Springs - S5-E22
Other mistake: After Mark falls from a horse and is paralyzed, Doc Burrage recommends that Mark soak his legs in the Mission Springs mineral spring. Lucas, Mark and Lou drive a wagon to the site. At night they all complain about how cold it is and there is a steady sound of wind blowing but all the trees and bushes are motionless.
One Ocean Closer to Destiny - S1-E6
Other mistake: Near the end, Spencer and Alex make love and there is a brief shot of her feet lying on top of his. The scene then cuts to them lying near each other. The problem is, the way Alex is lying would mean her feet would be pointed sideways and unable to appear like they do in that brief shot. She would have to be lying on her back in order for her feet to appear the way they did.
Horse of Another Color - S2-E3
Other mistake: There is no way (plate, symbol) to differentiate the uniform of a lieutenant (such as Rafael Santos) from that of a captain (such as Monasterio).
Other mistake: Two indoor sets which include large boulders, some brush and a painted backdrop are used in several episodes. Occasionally when someone walks by, the sound of his footsteps makes it obvious that a wooden platform is beneath the thin layer of dirt. Another set with a small cabin is used in several episodes and in each episode a different person lives in the cabin.
The West vs. Colonel MacKenzie - S9-E1
Other mistake: In the beginning of 2-19 "The Drifter" the Virginian says it had been 7 years since he had come to the Shiloh. But in this episode he tells him that he and Trampas had been there 9 years. Doesn't add up. He had to be there before Trampas, longer than 9 years.
Other mistake: As the 2 buffaloes are walking out of the scene at the top of the hill Charlie says to Clyde that 'it's either gonna be her or me' but as both buffaloes' bellies are exposed in the same shot, it's clear that both buffaloes are males, or bulls.
