Character mistake: When Walter is saying his father was a scientific pioneer at the university of Berlin, Peter reacts by saying: "Yeah, I know. Who came here in 1933, which is long before the Nazi's ever took power." In fact it is EXACTLY when the Nazi's took power: 30 January 1933. (00:19:00)
Character mistake: Louis Greene, Masuka's new intern, is asked to find the person who purchased Rudy's prosthetic hand. He is unable to do so; however, as a consolation, he says "I installed a modded-up Intel chip to overclock your CPU." You can overclock your CPU, but you don't need another chip to do so. (00:44:00)
Suggested correction: Only K series intel CPU's can be overclocked so a CPU upgrade is understandable if the previous one was not overclockable.
Character mistake: In season 4 episode 13, "Tuesday," when Marshall is meeting with Ulrich, he is both able to understand and reply in German. In season 5 episode 15, "No Hard Feelings," Marshall almost misses the opportunity to change the street light from red to green, because the text is all in German. Jack has to tell Marshall which word is green, indicating that Marshall does not understand the German language.
Character mistake: Charlie tells Thedy that the hair ribbon embroidered with her name cost 65 cents, "five cents a letter." But her name is Thedy Sue Hill, which is only 12 letters - or 60 cents worth. (And no, the extra is not due to a sales tax, which in 1962 would have been two cents, tops, and didn't even exist yet in many states.). (00:12:00)
Suggested correction: This was not an error. Charlie is a bumpkin. He was ripped off due to his lack of intelligence.
The Family - S1-E6
Character mistake: The pharmacist says she's sorry, but they don't have the drug Lamotrigine in stock, so would the generic be okay?Lamotrigine is already the generic form of the drug Lamictal. (00:28:23)

Character mistake: Dr. Kagan, who's a scientist and should definitely know better, points to Earth's solar system on the chart and calls it "our galaxy." This is roughly the equivalent of mistaking a dot this size [.] for the entirety of North America. (00:23:30)
Caleidoscope - S2-E4
Character mistake: The chess set in Dr. Pierce's home office is set up incorrectly. When the men are set up properly, each player has a light colored square in the right-hand corner. The board as it appears in the show is set up so that the light-colored square is in each player's left-hand corner. This "beginner" mistake puts the king and queen in the wrong positions.
Character mistake: Zordon begins to explain to the Rangers about their powers and then their Zords. At one point, he says "You need only to turn to the power of your Dino Zords." However, the subtitles get it wrong and spell it as if he's saying "Dinosaurs" instead of Dino Zords which is what he says. (00:10:38)
The M.O.D.O.K. That Time Forgot! - S1-E2
Character mistake: M.O.D.O.K. refers to Hoobastank as "the Beatles of the late 90's." Hoobastank only released one album in the 90's, and they didn't become popular until after they released their second album in 2001.
Character mistake: Throughout the whole series Jin and Sun refer to each other as "yobo." The subtitles continually translate "yobo" as either "Jin" or "Sun" which is incorrect. "Yobo" is Korea's version of "dear" or "sweetheart."
Character mistake: A police officer describes a murder weapon as a revolver. It is an automatic pistol.
Episode #5.3 - S5-E3
Character mistake: The chief baddie spells definitely as definately.
Character mistake: Voice on the radio says a 39-year-old with a gunshot to the left shoulder; however, Will was shot in the right shoulder. (00:40:13)
Character mistake: When the wife of Lennie James (number 147) says to her husband 'You left the door open' (just after the incident with their daughter), this is wrong. Rewind a few minutes and you will see that there are 3 people: 6, 313 and 147. 147 leaves when his wife says 'Cake's out of the oven!', leaving 6 and 313. 313 leaves, with 6 alone. Then Number 6 leaves the backyard with the door open. Even if she meant the door to the house, he would have to go through it last.
Character mistake: In the epilogue, Charlie illustrates the relationship of mathematics to real life by discussing the golden ratio and its presence in a host of real-life situations, including the shape of a nautilus shell and the distribution of petals in a flower. These claims are disputed by some mathematicians (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Golden_ratio#Nature), and the one about the nautilus shell one is untrue (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Golden_spiral#Spirals_in_nature). It's possible Charlie is just repeating what he has read or heard without investigating it for himself, but this is uncharacteristic of him.
Six Forgotten Warriors Chapter 4: The Six Fight Again - S5-E5
Character mistake: When the Red Skull reemerges from the vortex, he sees Chameleon and acknowledges him as his stepson. However, only moments before this, Kragov explicitly stated that the Chameleon was more like an adopted son to the Red Skull.
Character mistake: The voice tells Tom that the alarm deactivation code is 47223. However, when Tom enters the code subsequently to deactivate the alarm, he only enters "4723." You can tell he doesn't enter a fifth digit because the keypad chimes each time a digit is entered.
Episode #2.3 - S2-E3
