Character mistake: The Shadow Duelist activates the effect of Terrorking Archfiend, where he states if the monster is targeted by an opponent's card, a number between 1 and 6 is chosen at random, and if the number selected is 2 or 5, then Terrorking Archfiend won't be affected by it. Chumley then states the odds are in Jaden's favour, to which Syrus dismisses this, saying he flunked math. Character mistake: DS Miles while in the chocolate shop tells Ana to go with "DCI Riley." Riley has the rank of DC, not DCI.

Devil Music - S5-E4
Character mistake: When they pulled the bullet out of the wall of the Five and Dime, Danny says that it was either a .40 or .45 caliber. The .40 caliber was not produced until 1990, 37 years after the date the crime took place. (00:30:00 - 00:35:00)
Six Forgotten Warriors Chapter 4: The Six Fight Again - S5-E5
Character mistake: When the Red Skull reemerges from the vortex, he sees Chameleon and acknowledges him as his stepson. However, only moments before this, Kragov explicitly stated that the Chameleon was more like an adopted son to the Red Skull.
Soft Target - S2-E6
Character mistake: On the roof, Don and the other agents have their weapons drawn on James Grace, who is holding Houseman hostage with the fake bomb. Once Grace is taken away, the threat is gone. But Don still has his gun pointed at Houseman, with his finger on the trigger. Houseman, while Don might think is a jerk, was innocent of any crime. There's no reason an agent like Don would have his gun pointed at him.
Character mistake: The X-ray shown when Ruth see Cade's body is placed in the wrong way. It should have been a mirror image. (00:57:56 - 00:59:06)
Compromised - S1-E9
Character mistake: When she and OA meet Marshal Ackerman, Maggie is somewhat surprised to learn Damon Cruz was a federal witness. As a federal agent herself, Maggie surely would know that the Marshals Service's mandate includes the witness protection program.
Episode #4.1 - S4-E1
Character mistake: Ruth requests a search of London streets with the name "Achilles" in them. A list of streets appears on a computer screen, but when one of them is selected, it is spelled "Achillies."
Character mistake: When the wife of Lennie James (number 147) says to her husband 'You left the door open' (just after the incident with their daughter), this is wrong. Rewind a few minutes and you will see that there are 3 people: 6, 313 and 147. 147 leaves when his wife says 'Cake's out of the oven!', leaving 6 and 313. 313 leaves, with 6 alone. Then Number 6 leaves the backyard with the door open. Even if she meant the door to the house, he would have to go through it last.
Character mistake: The voice tells Tom that the alarm deactivation code is 47223. However, when Tom enters the code subsequently to deactivate the alarm, he only enters "4723." You can tell he doesn't enter a fifth digit because the keypad chimes each time a digit is entered.
Character mistake: Joe called Cruz a Sergeant First Class (E-7), which is a US Army rank. It was established in Season 1 that Cruz is in the US Marine Corps, so she would be a Gunnery Sergeant (E-7). (00:19:48)

Character mistake: Sam points out Elk Mountain, but there is no Elk Mountain in Rocky Mountain National Park.
Second Time - S2-E13
Character mistake: When Kiera is begging one of the Freelancers to send her back she says she could "prevent Liber8 from ever coming to 2077." She should have either said "coming to 2012" or "leaving 2077."
