Forever Red - S1-E34
Plot hole: Tommy states that he and the other Zeo Rangers destroyed the Machine Empire's leaders and ultimately destroyed the Machine Empire except for the Generals who escaped. This is not true - Lord Zedd and Rita destroyed the Machine Empire leaders at the end of series 4, and the Space Rangers destroyed them again in Countdown to Destruction in series 6. The Zeo Rangers never destroyed the Machine Empire.
Suggested correction: How would Tommy know that? He didn't watch the show or know the ins and outs of what happened in space. This is what he believed based on his experiences on Earth. Everything you described is factually correct, but Tommy did not witness this. So, to his knowledge, he destroyed the Machine Empire.
Forever Red - S1-E34
Continuity mistake: Serpentera is different from the Serpentera shown in Series 2, 3, and 4.
Forever Red - S1-E34
Continuity mistake: When all ten Red Rangers assemble in a line before morphing, their positions change. For example, the Aquitain Ranger changes between the left and right of the end of the line side between shots.
Forever Red - S1-E34
Revealing mistake: When TJ "Shift's into Turbo" He misses the morpher with his key. The key goes behind his arm.
Forever Red - S1-E34
Continuity mistake: When Andros is morphing to become the Red Space Ranger, he opens his morpher twice.
Suggested correction: Perception. It's happened all the time in Power Rangers. He opens the morpher, then they cut to a close-up of his POV opening the morpher. He doesn't open it twice.
Revealing mistake: During the opening title sequence of every episode, for a brief second, there's a shot of the Sentai actors in the group morphing sequence shot. Evidenced by the fact that all of them are of Asian decent, lighter skinned than the Power Rangers actors and only one of them is female when there should be two.
