Revealing mistake: When String uses Airwolf's rotor wash to blow over the pickup, when the camera is on the truck, you can see a cable pulling the truck up from the right side.

On the Road - S2-E1
Revealing mistake: As Cassidy, Tulip, and Jesse are trying to outrun a police car, another cop car enters the road in front of theirs with tires squealing. There are tire skid marks On the Road before the cop car enters, indicating previous takes of the same stunt.

Chez Mammy - S3-E15
Revealing mistake: When Cathy and Gaston return to the house to find Betty, Father Damien and Annette Curtain high from the chocolate brownies, she asks where Mrs. Brown is and she tells Cathy that she is upstairs wandering around since she is high. Cathy then tells her to come back downstairs and Mrs. Brown replies a few seconds later saying she is coming back down and flies down the stairs in the chair lift. Before Mrs. Brown comes back down, she can actually be seen sitting in the chair lift at the top of the staircase, from the moment where she tells Cathy she is upstairs to the moment where she says she is coming, waiting for the cue to come downstairs.

Row Row Row Your Boat on a Rocky Sea - S9-E1
Revealing mistake: Dr. Charles reads the patient's chart. Near the bottom, it says, "Is this enough filler? My hand hurts." (00:19:30)

Revealing mistake: The shots of Peter and Walter entering St. Claire's are recycled shots from the pilot. You can tell because their clothes change.

Revealing mistake: When Briggs disguises himself as Rogosh's defense attorney, the glasses he puts on very obviously have no lenses in them. (00:26:05)

Revealing mistake: After the Custos's house has been broken into, the next day, the Custos takes a key out of his jacket pocket, unlocks a drawer and takes out a pile of bound papers. When he closes the drawer, he doesn't take the key out of the lock, but he pantomimes his hand returning the key to his pocket.

Revealing mistake: Salty is missing his rear lamp in the first shot at the docks and a hole is visible where it should be.

The U.N.C.L.E. Samurai Affair - S1-E27
Revealing mistake: Mark's stunt double in the final fight scene has a very bad (and obvious) brown wig. Mark's hair, however, is blond. (00:44:00)

A Sentimental Journey - S1-E19
Revealing mistake: Dialogue in the episode specifically mentions the A2 and A282 roads near Dartford, Kent - the actual roads used were the A1 Barnet by-pass, Galley Lane and Well End Road. The error is revealed by the sight of a road sign that appears just as the Austin Princess Limousine turns on the the main road - the sign shows that the car is not turning on the the A2/A282 near Dartford, but the A1 at Barnet some 40 miles away.

Single Point of Failure - S1-E2
Revealing mistake: Walter accesses code on the sick girl's laptop to trace the source of the virus - aside from the fact that the code comes straight up a fraction of a second after his hands even touch the keyboard, the code displayed in the black window is for a set of traffic lights, with lines like "Walk/Dont_Walk" and "Green_Arrow/Yellow_Slow." Children of Earth: Day One - S3-E1
Revealing mistake: When the children are possessed by the 456, they're supposed to be frozen and stare blankly ahead. But during the second possession, as the camera is panning across a school playground, a boy on the far right is looking directly at it.
